Fantastic service from Tammy - Sales to Tech - Jonathan. Not sure why I waited so long and don’t listen to your neighbors and reviews. Service was on time and excellent.

Jonathan was AMAZING! He was so professional, explained everything that he was going to do and walked me through findings when he wwas finished. Just OUTSTANDING with a positive attitude.

Tammy in customer service was great. Not pushy yet very informative. She made the process very easy and seamless. She was even able to ensure a quick service time.
I do not remember my technicians name, but he was very punctual, courteous, and informative of the products and things to ooo out for. He even informed me of some pests that I have that I want to watch out for. Overall great experience. It is day one since the initial treatment and I see dead bugs everywhere! I love it. I would recommend!

Hometeam Pest Defense does an excellent and thorough job. My technician, Marquis, was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products he was administering. I called Hometeam on a Tuesday for an emergency flea treatment and they were here by noon on Wednesday. On top of everything else, they are reasonably priced. All I can say is WOW! Marquis went above and beyond in getting my home sprayed from top to bottom, inside and out, and back to normal. I cannot thank Hometeam enough. My technician was the BOMB!

The customer service provided was extremely unsatisfactory. After signing up via DocSign, I did not receive a callback to confirm my submission, despite the sales representative, Jonathan, assuring me that he would contact me once he received the document. Consequently, I had to reach out to him myself to inquire about the status of the signed document and to schedule an appointment.

We agreed to schedule the appointment for Friday, March 24th, which I diligently noted in my calendar. However, on Tuesday, March 21st, I received a voicemail stating that someone would be arriving at my home within 30 minutes. This was completely unexpected, as I was not present at the property and this was not our agreed-upon arrangement.

When I spoke to a lady over the phone regarding this matter, she insisted that Jonathan had scheduled the visit as per their records. However, this contradicts our initial agreement, as I would never schedule an appointment when I am out of town.

The level of communication and customer service demonstrated in this situation was truly abysmal.

Similar to my previous review, I am still experiencing issues with communication and professionalism.

Recently, I had a terrible experience with Sharon. She hung up on me when I requested confirmation for the cancellation. I hope our conversation was recorded so that it can be reviewed.

There have been multiple instances where they failed to show up or inform me about the cancellation of scheduled appointments. The first time they came to my location, I was never notified because they entered the wrong date, despite our agreement.

These repeated mistakes have led me to cancel my services. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services due to the unnecessary inconvenience. There are many other exceptional companies available.

However, I must mention that Joni has been exceptional in our recent conversations, displaying great responsiveness and assistance from two days ago until today.

Gray is very professional and listens to your complaint about bugs outside and inside of the house!

I was referred to HomeTeam by my current pest control company (CompanyX). I had a bug infestation that CompanyX was 90% sure was termites, and CompanyX doesn't treat for termites. I have no evidence of termite damage, and I suspected that the bugs were not termites. I contacted HomeTeam and got connected with Holly. I had taken pictures of the bugs, and Holly talked with their experts who didn't think they were termites & were in fact a bug that HomeTeam didn't treat (so HomeTeam would have to refer me to someone else).

Since I trapped some live samples, Holly arranged for me to get the bugs into the hands of their techs to confirm that they're not termites - thus avoiding an unnecessary visit and fee. The fact that they were honest and were willing to do the right thing that would help me (the customer) instead of billing me for unnecessary work impressed me. I'm definitely recommending them to all my neighbors if they need a termite evaluation or pest control!

If I could give you zero stars I would. Requested a quote. No one calls me. However they've called my fiancé (original home purchaser) repeatedly. I told the representative explicitly when handed the phone to call the quote requester, me.as my fiance is in the hospital recovering from surgery. What if my fiancé was no longer the home owner? You'd be chasing a person unnecessarily. Sad that you'll likely loose a bid due to inability to accurately conta t the quote requester.

Josh took care of treatment both inside and out in a timely matter and was open to any questions I may have had. Saw the results a day or 2 later and am pretty satisfied.

Jonathan was so attentive and addressed all my insects concern. He sprayed thoroughly and made sure he left nothing behind. He made inside and outside. I m personally satisfied with the communication and customer service here

The team did a great job. They were super prompt and able to get us scheduled quickly. Josh our technician was super knowledgeable.

Only issue was customer service said that "no living things" were allowed in the house but our technician said that was not the case. So a lot of planning had to happen but didn't end up being needed.

I have used Home Team for years. Punctual, Professional, Patient, on time.answer all my questions. I highly recommend Home Team Pest. Thank you.

My technician Josh was on time and very friendly which is always a plus! Knowledgable on the business and their protocols. He even knocked down a lot of hard to reach spider webs for me and was super fast at getting everything done but was also very thorough. Haven’t seen a spider since he left my house!:)
