Some of the nicest finest Dr's in town. Dr John cares about children's health and has shown what a great pediatrician can be for our family. Highly recommend coming here with your children if your able.

Very impersonal. They did not even provide the paperwork we needed (or any paperwork actually. Not even the normal print outs for an annual exam we have gotten from every doctor we have ever seen elsewhere for our kids). I had high hopes for this place based on reviews, but was extremely disappointed. I believe we saw Dr. Chandler. It was very rushed while she was there. She provided no information and did not expand much, if at all, on anything we asked beyond 'yes' or 'no'. Such a waste of time, as I now have to track down the paperwork and probably go to another appointment (somewhere else, never this place again) to get answers for my 3 year old.

The best place and stuff ever.
I recently moved my two babies from another doctor to this one and I'm so happy that I did.
The receptionists are very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone, when I got there the place was so clean and beautiful, it was only one nurse that took my temperature and the same nurse was assisting the front desk, I'm taking social distancing very seriously and the place was perfect because it was very big and only two people around. (The nurse and the doctor) and they were never with me in the room at the same time.
There was hand sanitizer and wipes at every corner.
Doctor Amanda Hathaway was the most nice and knowledgeable doctor I've ever encountered before, she was giving me information that I've never heard before from other doctors and I didn't have to ask for it, she just started sharing all kinds of important information that I had no clue about. She took her time for my appointment and didn't rush at all.
She even gave me samples of products that I was already using and needed to buy.
The whole experience was smooth and easy, unlike on the other doctor's offices I went before, it was an overall positive experience.
I totally recommend this place for you to take your kids to.

Dr. John and his staff are always very helpful, friendly and empathetic. We've been here for 6 years and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Both of our kids have gone to Dr. Sarah Moore since they were born. It's obvious that she cares, and we're very appreciative for her. We can't imagine taking our boys anywhere else.

My daughter who is now 4 has been under Dr. Kristie R. Chandler care since she was born and we have been incredibly grateful for all of the years of awesome care. Dr. Kristie R. Chandler is very sweet and gentle with our baby girl and takes the time to hear us out and answer any questions we have. This office is wonderful and all of the staff are very kind and organized. I highly recommend Hometown Pediatrics

Dr. Moore is amazing highly recommend she not only communicates with the parents but she will communicate directly with your child as well. She is never in a rush and she always gives her undivided attention to any concerns you may have.

Agree with Front desk comments Customer Service training is needed. Dr is great though ;)

Nurses - one is great so far, Some ok, some seem like they hate their job.

Been a patient here only 9 months.

Dr. Hathaway is amazing. We visit her for something else but ends up millions of questions. She answers every question with details. When we leave her office we always feel our selves relax and safe about our baby. She examines our baby long time with a full concentration and never in a hurry. I highly recommend her. And I shouldn’t forget her assistant nurse, she always returns back to our calls right away with a full knowledge about our baby’s background information. She helps a lot! Thank you all!

Dr. Sarah Moore is the pediatrician for ALL three of my children (4 yo/ 2.5 yo and 17 months old). We absolutely LOVE her and Hometown Pediatrics. She is so caring, kind and compassionate. On top of being extremely intelligent, thorough and knowledgeable. After seeing multiple pediatricians in the area and not getting personalized care (feeling like just a number) we switched over to her and couldn't be happier. I can only imagine how difficult it is being a pediatrician these days with parents who do "their research" and all of the social media sound bytes. Dr. Moore makes her job look so easy but it's definitely NOT. Highly recommend Dr. Moore!

We have been taking my daughter to Dr. John since she was born, ten years ago.
Any concerns that we have had, have always been treated seriously, professionally and accurately. A few times we have been referred to a specialist to check further into situations or to rule out any other possible issues.
We have always had good experiences with the physicians at Hometown pediatrics.

I called to set up a meet/greet with Dr. Moore since I’ve heard such great things. The lady that answered the phone was obviously not happy today and made it clear that they were making an exception to see me since our schedule wasn’t matching up. I am absolutely astonished at how rude she was from the get-go and how inconciderate she was trying to find a good appointment time. Definitely not trying to seek them out any farther if their staff is that unsatisfied with their job. Very disappointed. Customer service is gone.

Choose this clinic if you want your child to suffer for life! Trusting dr. Moore has been my life’s mistake. Since day 1 I have been miserable in each visit that my baby doesn’t feed well, pushes away bottle, always fussy to feed in short she hates milk but every time she would just play with her and give us lame cute baby comments with No solutions, lagging it to her 6 month appointment where she was underweight and dropped on all her percentiles she still never referred us to any further diagnosis to any ENT, feeding swallowing specialist, Nutritionist or GI to find out if she is getting enough nutrition to grow well instead she found some defect under her tongue and took picture to share with other doc. And give us feedback which I followed up to hear back more than a month but each time the nurse would say I don’t have any information from dr. Moore. While on my own curiosity I showed her to 2 pediatricians, ENT and lactation consultant and found out to be very normal and no defect. Me and my baby are still struggling and they are least interested about it as always. Worst experience, worst doctor!

We have been taking our boys here for 4 years now. We love this office. The boys are patients of Dr. Chandler, who is amazing, and we have also seen Dr. Moore and have been really happy with her as well. Dr. Chandler has never steered us wrong with any diagnosis or treatment!

Dr. Moore is the best. The on call nursing staff has also been great and they seem to always be able to work us in when it’s an emergency. Very caring and very knowledgeable.

WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER POSSIBLY GO! THE NURSES ARE HOREIBLE! I WOULDNT TAKE MY KIDS HERE IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH! TAKE THEM ANYWARE BUT HERE!

Very disappointed in this practice. Several of my personal contacts recommended this practice. This practice does not treat patients with any head concerns, not even a headache. Dr. Moore is a great doctor, but when she didn’t care to return ANY of my messages. I left the practice. The nurse should not the the one who handles my concerns. I should be able to speak to THE DOCTOR.

I have never experienced such a rude front desk person ever! If that is the first person you see and talk to at this office, I am afraid of what lies beyond! I highly recommend that a more compassionate and friendly person be put at the front desk. I immediately decided not to have my child as a new patient there. There are much better choices in The Woodlands.

We switched to Hometown right before my son was 9 months. We chose Dr. Moore have been really happy with our decision. Since then, we’ve had to go in 3 times (2 ear infections and the flu) and each time we’ve met with Dr. John. Both doctors are kind, knowledgeable and patient with my sweet boy who is always super crabby at the doctors. The office staff and nurses are always friendly and welcoming too. So happy we switched!

All of the doctors we have seen have been great. Dr. Chandler and Dr. Moore are who we usually see and they are both compassionate and very knowledgeable. We moved an hour away and we still go to them for our big checkup appointments. I think they need some updating in the clinic but it's about the great doctors so I highly recommend them.

Front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional, did not like her attitude over the phone! I will not be taking my child!
