**Mixed Experience, Affordable Stay**

My stay was a mix of pleasant surprises and a bit of a canine disturbance. The room, thankfully, lived up to expectations—clean and reasonably priced, especially with the military discount, making it a budget-friendly choice.

**Comfortable Quarters: ** The room provided a decent level of comfort, meeting the basic standards for a satisfactory stay. The affordability, coupled with the military discount, added a notable plus.

**Spotless Cleanliness: ** Kudos for maintaining a clean environment. Hygiene is a top priority for me, and the accommodations met this expectation with flying colors.

**Unwelcomed Canine Serenade: ** Unfortunately, my peaceful sleep was interrupted by a persistently vocal dog. Despite expressing my concern, the issue remained unresolved, affecting the overall experience.

**Customer Service Hiccup: ** While the room met expectations, the unaddressed noise concern was a downside. It would have been appreciated if the complaint had received prompt attention.

In summary, an affordable and clean option, ideal for those with military affiliations. However, the unattended noise disruption slightly marred an otherwise satisfactory stay. A mixed bag, but the positives, including affordability and cleanliness, leave room for consideration on future visits.

So they do not have anything posted on the website about the fact that you need to request your room to be cleaned or else they don’t clean it. When we got back to our room after a long day there were no clean towels no soap conditioner and when I called the front desk to ask for some the phone was busy so I tried to call house keeping nobody answered and voicemail was full nobody was at the front desk at 930 pm. I called the front desk in the morning only to be told they didn’t have any towels down there and housekeeping doesn’t get in until 9 am. Oh yeah and apparently since COVID we’re (the public) are supposed to know on our own nobody tells us we have to request our room to be cleaned. Nothing was on the website or on my confirmation and I wasn’t told anything at check in that we need to request common sense things. 2 adults are staying for a weekend and are only given 2 towels and 2 conditioners really! Never staying at a Hilton chain again!

Had a great stay there! Nicole was very nice and helpful loved her. Other things need work but I had a great interaction with the night front desk Nicole so it made up for the stay

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience. There was a family of roaches crawling in and out of the air vent, and I also got charged $500 for spilling a coffee (I have a broken hand in a cast). Indian guy at the front desk can barely speak english and the whole place is trash.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff were very kind and helpful. This pool area is amazing. Thank you for all you do!

Our room looked fine - clean, etc. Bed was comfortable. But the air conditioning was so loud, we woke up each time it turned on and each time it turned off. Finally in the middle of the night I turned it off entirely. Then we could hear the toilet run every time someone in another part of the hotel flushed a toilet! We're really not that finicky, but this was just non-stop noise. We got almost zero sleep. All of that on top of the really loud traffic from the nearby highway. Which, honestly, we didn't notice when the air conditioning was running!

The room was clean however, the furniture seemed worn, and in need of replacement The shower was dirty and the shower head didn’t work.

We had three rooms. All rooms had carpet tiles peeling up, causing a tripping hazard. Cobwebs on the lamps.
Room 1: the two televisions didn't work and the bedsheets were stained.

Room 2: The towel bar kept coming off the wall and the couch was broken and had a hole in the upholstery.

Room 3: We didn't realize it at first, but the AC wasn't working. The next morning we told the front desk, they moved us that evening to a new room. The next morning when they went to shower, there was not cold water. The water had been turned off due to a leak. The resolution was to keep that room and have them walk down the hall to another room (which also did not have working ac) to shower and then go back to their room when the shower was done.

Staff had no name tags. The manager had headphones on his head the entire time we were there. The building was in poor condition. The pool had been fixed, but they had removed the card key lock and so when you went outside, the doors would lock and you couldn't get back in.

They also didn't offer to provide us with a reduced rate or return out points for all of the issues we had. I contacted the Hilton Headquarters and filed a complaint with them and it is being looked into. I did get credit on my points.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

I enjoyed my stay here with my boyfriend rooms was nice and big had a seating area a kitchen and table. The kitchen came with all essentials Stovetop dishwasher fridge freezer coffee maker. Bedroom was nice bed was comfortable two tvs in our king size room. The area it's not near much but you are close to the highway and two restaurants a few stores and a nail shop. We didnt try the breakfast but it was provided in the lobby.

We are Dimond members and this is by far one one the worst hotels. The owners/ staff don't believe in using A/C apparently. Hallway, elevator, lobby, rooms are all hot. We had to sleep with no blankets and naked and was still sweating!
The rooms are not updated or clean. The receptionist or front lobby person is rude. Asked for a late check out due to our HVAC being replaced in our house. They want to charge us an extra $25 per hour plus tax!
I hope no one stays at this hotel.

Great rates great rooms. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi when I was there but that’s OK. It was still an awesome stay. I would like it better if housekeeping would work on not just walking in, especially when there’s a do not disturb sign, I know they have a job to do and they’re on a schedule but that’s my only problem.

Turn arounds in that area was confusing for someone out of state to follow when driving places. Outdated but overall a great place to stay. Breakfast was good and varied both nights we stayed.

We did not have a good experience here. We had a 2 bedroom room and the a/c was broken. We set it to 70 and it never got below 76 during the day and 74 at night. And it only blew in one of the bedrooms, not the living room or the other bedroom. It wouldn’t have been so bad except it was also very humid so we were all sweating all weekend. I was told by 3 different staff members that the general manager would reach out but they never did. Also, the carpet in the room was incredibly dirty. I walked around barefoot for a bit when we first checked in and the bottom of my feet were black. The linens on one of the beds appeared to be soiled as well. We also got take out to eat with our family downstairs but the air conditioning didn’t work there either. I spoke with the front desk and they said it’s because they have to prop the back door open because the key to the pool area wasn’t working. All together it was a bad experience and even worse that management didn’t seem to care. Would not stay here again!

Do not stay at this hotel. It is disgusting. It immediately smelled of dog urine and had water damage in multiple ceilings. Room furniture is in dire need of replacement. I should have listened to others when they said the Fossil Creek area hotels were garbage.

Bed bugs.unfortunate experience for our family as we visited ftw. Very dirty first room. Hallways super got, dark and musty. We always check mattresses at every hotel: very disturbing, and evidence of bed bugs with red splotches and dotting. Sprinkler falling out of wall. Wall paper coming off, dirty walls, white splatters on bed side table and bed skirt.fake eye lashes stuck to wall at vanity. Horribly dirty walls, dents, missing paint everywhere, weird dark splatters of some type all over wall. Rooms cant be cleaned. Asked for a new room. Front desk was kind and accommodating. We moved. Second room, mattresses looked good, newer. Smelled and looked cleaner but still in very poor overall condition. Then we saw bed bugs on wall coming from behind couch. Showed manager pictures. She acted surprised and apologized. Asked for refund, and left for another hotel. Kind front desk. But overall cannot recommend at all.

Last time we were here (about 2 years ago) this property was decent.

Things have gone downhill fast. We did not have a working toilet in our room. There are many small maintenance items that need to be addressed.

Our fan was unusable. The wallpaper was coming off. Ect.
