I normally stay at Hiltons (diamond status, 120+ nights per year) but would opt for a different hotel next time- should I find myself here.

I purposefully booked an airport hotel for my 7: 15am DFW flight.

However, their shuttle doesn’t run until 7am. Additionally; the lady at the front desk essentially told me she knew a guy who could give me a ride to the airport. It’s a *5 minute* drive and they wanted $30 for it.

They should not advertise an airport shuttle if they cannot take me to the airport via shuttle.

I would have saved myself from staying here, and taken an Uber from home the next morning.

Management never around and not in tune with what's going on in this hotel. Cleaning staff do a really good job, the breakfast staff also nice. But one specific front desk person not so much, on my stay of 37 days I noticed how rude she was, not just with me but with the staff and with other customers, this isn't an isolated situation but instead a recurrent one and manager doesn't do anything about it, corporate should take a look at this before the hotel starts to gain a bad reputation. Sadly most of their hotels service are very nice.

We stayed in a spacious suite with a king bed and kitchen for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast has great options This hotel is close to the airport.

Stayed here for 4 weeks separately out of the last 6 weeks. For the first time at a Hilton, this place greatly fell short. The room I had the first time had a dirty shower and kitchen. The second time I stayed, there was no hot water for 1 of the days. This final week, the elevators stopped working for a day. The ice machines haven't worked on the 2nd and 3 floors since at least mid October. The pool is indoors but ice cold. Overall, would not recommend.

The check in lady was very kind, that’s where the good part of the hotel ended. My digital room key did not work. The shower drain clogged and the shower head pressure was a trickle. The room was spacious but significantly outdated and musty. Also disappointed that breakfast starts so late (7am), as it was past when we needed to checkout. Lastly, the noise the surrounding rooms was annoying.

We had a work meeting here for 22 people from all over the country. We were very impressed with the team spirit of the staff and the way they accommodated our requests. Interactions with all the staff were pleasant and service was efficient. The free shuttle is a big plus. The hotel is situated about as close as you can get to DFW, so it's not an ideal location for recreation, but one town over is the charming burg of Grapevine, TX, which is full of shops and restaurants.

Great location to the airport but it is dated and no bar
Not a lot of restaurants easily by but you car door dash.

Do not stay here! I am a Hilton honors member and credit card holder and I have never been treated so terrible by someone at Hilton before! We tried to stay here for my nieces birthday party! Lynn at the front desk REFUSED to release my room to me or cancel my reservation so we could go home. Called corporate and she wouldn't answer their call to get the issue resolved. She was very HOSTILE to my husband, myself and other members of our party on different occasions throughout the evening. The GM there just sided with her before getting the story of what happened, mind you I had corporate on the phone while she being hostile to me. Will continue to escalate this, but I hope they have cameras they can check to see how this woman acts at her job! She wouldn't release cancel our room until after 10pm. We had to make an hour drive back home with a little baby that late at night because she was being petty and wouldn't confirm or cancel the room and wouldnt work with corporate either. Find somewhere better to stay. So many other Hilton options when phenomenal customer service.

I reserved a king room. I ended up in a queen by the elevator. For someone who arrived at 10 pm and left at 6: 15 am for DFW flight thia was very disappointing.

Absolute worse experience I’ve ever received from any hotels I’ve been too. Usually I stay at the Hilton gardens but they were booked so we got a reservation at this one and as soon as we arrived the hotel clerk was extremely rude and had an attitude to every question that was being asked. I have never had such an awful experience with a hotel clerk in my life and I’m a frequent traveler. The room was good but the service and hospitality was absolutely horrid. Do not I repeat DO NOT stay there. I would advise the owners of this hotel to spend some time advising receptionist on customer service skills.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and easy access to the airport, but the main attraction is Lynn! As a Hilton, general manager, myself, Lynn exemplifies hospitality at its finest, and made us feel completely welcome, relaxed, and provided at most, and cared for us on our trip to Hawaii, as we stopped over.

Located near DFW airport and have airport shuttle service. Still haven't resumed having evening receptions - only 1 day weekly. Not many restaurants nearby

If I could give 0 stars I would…got to location at night, dark parking lot, no place to park near front of building. Got to room, bedspread was stained, sheets were dirty and hair on the pillows. Smelled terrible. Called Hilton to cancel and switch to a different hotel. They told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to deal with the front desk. Front desk told me it was past the 5 minute window to change the reservation so they couldn’t do anything until the manager came back in the morning. Crossing my fingers for a refund…

What a mistake. If you’re looking for an easy layover hotel…this hotel is NOT for you. It has unreasonable shuttle hours for an airport hotel. They stop at 11pm, which I sort of get, but then they don’t start again until 7am which is ridiculous. As if people don’t catch flights in the morning. Had to pay for two unexpected Ubers and breakfast since that doesn’t start until 7 either. Btw, The shuttle hours are impossible to find on the hotel website or in the Hilton app. The rooms were decent.

Lynn was welcoming and so helpful when we checked in to the hotel. Accommodations were great especially after a canceled flight and being stranded in Dallas.

We booked an accessible room but were put into a normal one. The digital key didn't work. When put into the right room there was no hot water for the roll in shower the entire two days. On the other hand, staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast is good although not as good as the homewood suites in the Las Vegas town center. Still, the experience was better than the one we're having in the Marriott Pittsburgh Springhill suites right now. Hotels seem to be having problems with correctly assigning accessible rooms. And also, the staff at Homewood suites care.
