Homewood Suites by Hilton North Dallas-Plano

This will be my third stay in this hotel. Our first time we were very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and overall comfort of our room. The second trip, while being a shorter and less involved stay, the hotel still delivered excellent service. This trip was no exception. Great location for traveling around the Plano/Frisco area. Yet the hotel is situated slightly off the main road on a much quieter street, which is nice.

Nice hotel that is hidden away. Hotel staff was pleasant and wonderful. Area is quiet and many restaurants within the area.

Dingy and dirty suites. Overbooked when we got there so we didn't get the room we wanted. Had to get new rooms due to their condition

This is one of my favorite hotels! Great suites, great location, great breakfast, excellent service. I stay here often. It's my business home away from home!

Mexican guests, when the office and guests begin to harass, slander and stalk you and you choose to stay to laugh at what blundering buffoons they are, know that their cue to ask you to leave is when guests and staff conspire to have a corrupt trio of Plano cops do a welfare check on you and in retaliation you call the cops on your downstairs neighbor who will be throwing at his ceiling and knocking on your door 24/7.

As soon as we checked inn there was a roach walking on the wall. I took that to show front desk and the person named Regina didn’t even care. I bought 3 water and coke she told me $8 but it looks like she charged $20 and it’s twice but it’s still pending so I will be following up on this to the hotel manager soon. Room phone didn’t work. I asked for few extra pillows she gave me but she wasn’t happy about the customer service. Not happy with the experience.

The property is VERY well kept. We checked in this afternoon and the 3 staff members I have encountered so far have been welcoming and professional.

The room is nicely appointed with plenty of space to call home for the time you're here. The furnishings are comfortable and well kept.

It is extremely quiet. They have a small but useful fitness center and guest laundry.

We were able to enjoy the fireplace in the lobby this evening.

All in all, so far, a peaceful stay.

I loved the room layout and having a living room with a couch that pulls out is great for extra guests. The breakfasts are the bomb and the coffee isn't shabby either

Nice room just need to clean behind the curtains and more than two wash clothes would have been nice but I didn't want to hunt down a housekeeper

Stayed for 1 night and it was terrible, bed bugs bite my little son and my husband, also 3 big cockroaches in the room, room wasn’t clean properly and had a bad smell, my husband a Diamond member and most of the Hilton hotels are clean and nice, but this hotel is totally terrible, i paid 175$ for what? I don’t understand, breakfast also wasn’t good, out of the food and didn’t restock, lady at the front desk didn’t even wondered then i told he about a bed bugs and cockroaches, i will also contact with Hilton customer service because I very upset with bed bugs bites

The rooms are not clean and the food options are mediocre for a Homewood suites. I actually had to check for bed bugs because of the way the bed looks, ; not maintained well and the carpet looks dirty. I have also developed some itchy areas on my arm from something in the room. The food offered was more like a Hampton Inn offering. I had no issues with the staff although most of the ones I encountered were not notably warm. There was one very nice lady at the desk with a warm attitude.
I think this location has potential they just have to invest in a renovation. I am a long time Hilton Honors member and a timeshare owner so I have been to a lot of Homewood suites locations with my family and most are maintained much better than this one.

A Hispanic housekeeper and a Hispanic maintenance guy just told the front desk has Hispanics harassed by mgmt's associates placed in surrounding rooms and stalked throughout the city via GPS tracker placed underneath their cars at night.

If you are looking for a clearly racist hotel stay then look no further! Homewood in North Plano is just the spot for you. Regulars who are white clearly have the advantage here. It’s understood by many! And don’t forget about all the run down options to choose from. Laundry facilities barely work. Gym is maybe a little bigger than your room. Doors lock when they want or don’t at all! Ah and let’s not forget about the pit bulls in the elevators that’s always a fun surprise! ENJOY!

This was a great extended stay hotel. The rooms were clean though a tiny bit small and the layout did not perfectly work for my family it still was a very clean room and everything worked fine.

Front desk staff was nice when present but several times when I walk by they were not there. No issues there for me.

The pool is right in the middle of the campus and while small was in good shape.

The coffee and tea bars were well stocked with good quality coffee and tea.

We stayed on the weekend so did not get the opportunity to try the hospitality area open Monday through Thursday 5: 30 to 7: 30 p.m. But it looked like they did a good job with that.

This place met expectations in all ways

Manger Chris was very hospitable and helpful and kudos to the staff morning shift front desk darling Lady Renee and night shift great service. Staff throughout this hotel all very friendly and mannerly and ready to hear you out and eager to assist. THANK YOU

Upon arrival, the front desk lady looked at me confused when I was checking in. Once we got in our room, we immediately saw grease stains on the tables, the room stunk, the phone to call the front desk didn’t work and the AC didn’t work in this TX heat! We immediately went back to the front with all of our belongings (I’m 27 wks pregnant) and she showed my husband another room. But we ended up leaving to find another hotel, which ended up being amazing ~ Staybridge in Plano just down the road!

The hotel in terms of its location relative to UT Dallas, low pet fee, well appointed room and basic free breakfast was a good deal overall.

Staff was rude and always acted like you as a customer were a nuisance or bother and they were too busy to mess with you, really. Try to be nicer and they would be more rude. Completely frustrating environment

Rooms spacious, clean. Very nice, friendly staff. Good variety for continental breakfast. Love the all day coffee availability, too!

Food was good, not impressed with cleanliness in the rooms. The air conditioning vents were super dusty and old that you could not adjust the air flow direction. No room service either so guest trash is put in the hallway and sits in the hallway until the next morning which creates a bad smell in the hallways. Same goes for wet towels. They have a nice size pool but for the life of them could not provide towels in the pool area until almost the end of the day.
