Bower Ali, he has done all paper well and the financing time is very clear about the payments, interaction went very well. It’s a nice experience buying my car at Honda cars McKinney

We visited Honda Cars of McKinney after test driving at several other car lots. We were on the hunt for a vehicle, and before our visit, all other cars and dealerships just kept falling a bit short. We were greeted almost immediately by Robert Darden. He was professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After looking at a few vehicles, we found the perfect match! The entire experience was 5 star, and we highly recommend them for your car purchasing needs. We can't wait to enjoy our new Pilot!

I’ve been here a few times and the team is always kind and courteous. Very welcoming people. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and Bayer was incredibly kind and patient with me. I am someone who is a bit odd and awkward but Bayer made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions every step of the way. Also the salesman named Chase (I think was his name) was really friendly and made awesome conversation while I was waiting on my paperwork. Overall just an awesome friendly team of people who know how to be human unlike so many other dealerships.

Lastly Jimmy (I hope I got that name right I’m terrible with names) was super understanding when it came time to sign all the paperwork. He didn’t give me the run around and was to the point as I requested. Seriously an awesome team.

As for the service team they’ve been great too! I’ve come previously for my last Honda and they serviced it quickly, and even with my new car when I had questions and came in for help they made sure I was taken care of and didn’t dismiss my questions at all.

To summarize this place has very kind people. We need more places like this.

My wife and I were very pleased with entire experience at McKinney Honda. We were especially very appreciative of Bower Ali the salesman. He is very professional, personable and willing to go the extra mile. He accompanied us to the Hertz Rental office to help us! This is our third Honda that we have purchased at McKinney Honda. I received a notice that their was a defect with the paint on my Honda Odyssey Elite Touring edition with their Taffeta White paint. It explained that the affected area could be repainted and there would be no cost for this as it was a defect. I was really relieved because the paint was peeling. It started peeling around 2018 but by 2020 it was looking terrible. Unfortunately it was during the Covid restrictions and lockdowns that I received this notice. I stopped by after the statewide restrictions were lifted excited to get this issue resolved and was told that the period of time to make a claim for new paint was no longer in effect. After explaining how much of this entire period of time conflicted with the Covid pandemic I was told that they would happily repaint my van if I paid for it. After further pleading my case I was told that the only way the defective paint could be repaired was if I payed for it. After requesting that a manager get involved (obviously someone is more reasonable than this I though) I was told that I would receive the same answer from them.

It must be nice to sell defective products and be able to capitalize on it by profiting on the defect. I assumed that purchasing one of Hondas Elite model vehicles would offer some real protection for things like this and it wouldn’t require that I would need to risk my families health to get.

I have a feeling that there are some kind reasonable people at this Honda, however, I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with any at the service area.

I just had extensive work done on my vehicle. The service manager, Rick Castillo, was very professional, kept me updated regularly on the work progress and even ordered a Lyft for me, to and from home, whilst the repairs and preventative maintenance were performed over the course of two (2) days.
The repair bill was a bit pricey, but they did a tremendous amount of work for the money. I received great value for the cost, which is the important thing, especially in these times with inflation running rampant. Dealerships, generally, get a bad rap because they are relatively expensive, compared to independent auto-repair shops, but Honda Cars of McKinney provides excellent value for one's money. I highly recommend their services. Thanks, Rick, and all the other pros @ Honda Cars of McKinney.

Stephen was a great salesperson. He helped us getting our ”new“ Porsche Macan. He had a great overall attitude and lots of knowledge about Porsches.

Customer service is so good. Specially, Billy Martin is the best. He help us a lot and give all the answers our questions. I’m so satisfied I highly recommend it Billy Martin.

Worked in as a walk up and got oil, brake fluid and spark plugs changed. Had an issue with the emission sensor and Sirius XM and returned it the next morning. They had it all fixed and ready to get in a couple of hours. Excellent support from Mario Pena and the technicians.

I’ve been bringing my Odyssey van to Honda Cars of McKinney for service since we moved to North Texas 2 years ago and have been very pleased. The service advisors I have had have been knowledgeable and trustworthy and the work was done right. I recently had a similar experience when buying a new Odyssey van. I came by several times before I settled on the one I wanted. Every time the salespeople were helpful but not pushy and got me a great deal and the whole experience was so much more pleasant than I have ever had buying a car. Needless to say I would highly recommend Honda Cars of McKinney for your Honda needs.

I asked tire rotation yesterday for my maintenance- but seems my tires still the same- they didn’t do it because they asked me for replace new tire- but I don’t want to replace- I don’t know they forgot to do the rotation or they just don’t want do it- and on the bill they charged me for the tire rotation
