Just picked up my next bike from here they have a great selection of used bikes and a awesome group of people working here. Gerardo helped me out making sure I got what I was looking for, overall an amazing experience.

Best place to buy original parts, their prices are better than ebay and Amazon, either parts guy have great personalities.

I would like to thank Rodrigo Ramos and his professionalism. I had put a deposit down on a bike and there was a mix up and was sold. Most other places would have said “sorry but there is nothing we can do”. Rodrigo jumped through hoops to get me the bike that I wanted (2022 Crf250r, very hard to find anywhere) and he got it to be delivered on the original date I planned to pick it up. This is why I shop at Honda of Houston because of people like Rodrigo that will go leaps and bounds to help a customer and that truly loves and cares about his job. Thank you again Rodrigo for all your help.

Got a bike form then. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I actually did most of it over the phone. So when I finally did show up to the dealership I just had to sign a couple more things put down my down payment and I was good to go. Highly recommend.

Everyone at this location is awesome. But the two people who have been personally extremely helpful are Greg in parts and Matt in service. I have 2 Honda motorcycles and wouldn't trust them with anybody else.

We worked with karina (not sure how it's spelled). She was awesome. They worked with us on price. The whole place had a really good and bubbly vibe. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place.

I saw their listing for a Honda Fury on Facebook marketplace and had the pleasure of speaking to Thomas Davila who went above and beyond to secure a good deal with me and make this a hassle free experience, I came all the way from San Antonio area for it and HoH made that drive well worth it, and I left with the perfect bike

Our go to for all our off road needs, staff at the parts counter are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and quick turn around. Have ordered parts for our four wheelers, go karts and dirt bikes and they've always been reasonably priced and typically in stock. Even with special order items, quick delivery from warehouse and without error.

Took my bike to go get valves redone a couple months ago and come to find out they only reshimmed it and charged me $700

The peeps here are absolutely first class. You must ask for Karina in sales. She will take care of you all the way from negotiating to loading it up. She was very patient with my requests, and did a PHENOMENAL job staying in contact the entire time. VERY professional.

Greg in the parts/gear dept was very cool and understanding.he got me the most “bang for my buck” when it came to safety gear that’s rated the highest and looks the coolest. (we all know that’s important)

Rodrigo in finance/mngmt walked me through the contract very slowly and made sure all my questions concerns were taken care of.giving me solid advice on finance and life.just a great guy. (They all stayed well into close to get me taken care of)

I had a great experience here, buying my first bike. Karina and Rodrigo were helpful, patient, and went above and beyond. They even stayed after hours while we struggled on the phone with our insurance and financing department. I drove from corpus christi to do business with them. I wish I lived closer so I could get my services done there, as well. Karina has continued to be a form of support for me, in the weeks following my purchase. She is there when I have questions, and as a beginner, I do have some (probably silly) questions! Thank you both for your awesome customer service! We will be back to do business with you in the future.

I love this place. Parts guys are friendly and professional. They usually have what I need. If not, they get it pretty fast. They rebuilt a CR250 for me and its a beast. No issues what so ever. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that it difficult to get across Huffmeister, but that's not their fault. Other than that, they're second to none.
