Everyone there was friendly and honest. I did not feel pressured into purchasing my vehicle. For me, people have 5-7 seconds to leave a good first impression. And Honda Lake Jackson did just that.
Dale, called me after I submitted an inquiry and I could tell his character and passion was genuine. Greyson was my sales rep and he was awesome, patient, and informative. Mike, the manager, was super friendly as well. I feel confident in my purchase and will definitely be back.
The service went well for the transmission and rear differential fluid change. Great work and in a timely matter. I suggest everyone to schedule the work.
We had a recall notice that had to be taken care of. They were very accommodating. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
We live very far from the dealership. When we arrived at our 930 scheduled appointment, we were told they would not be able to get to our car till 230. We kept calling while we were waiting and it was difficult to get information about the status of the car. The car was not finished till 5pm and they forgot to do the inspection, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to finish that. For how much we paid, the service was horrible. There is no regard for the fact that we are waiting all day for our car with no updates. Why do I have a 930 appointment if the car can’t be seen till 230pm and why wasn’t I told till I had driven 40minutes to the dealership to drop it off? Horrible place. We will not be going back.
