Honest Plumbing & Air, Hutto TX

I’ve been using Honest A/C and Plumbing for a close to ten years now because they always do a great job. Had a new heating and A/C unit installed today by Eric, Jackson and Kade. They do high quality work and they took me through the workings of both units and the new control panel. Polite, friendly and very hard working young men. I highly recommend Honest AC and Plumbing and their top tier employees for your A/C and plumbing needs!

The install crew did a wonderful job.
Very thorough and efficient. Installed a new thermostat, and before they left made sure we knew how everything worked. Again, great company, and great install crew.

Had semi annual HVAC Heating unit checked, technician Mr Bo Rankin showed up on time as promised, did he’s checks, explained routine maintenance, answer my questions and was professional and attentive. Bo Rankin serviced my heating unit, replaced the capacitor, cleaned the blower which was filthy and he got it squeaky clean, I’m very pleased with the service and professionalism, I highly recommend! Thank you Bo!

Called them for shower which was not mixing water. Kohler brand. We replaced the catridge but did not take care of the problem. Tom Greer went the extra mile and figured what the issue was. This has been seen by 3 other plumbing companies who told us to tear the wall and replace. Tom Greer ordered a part from Amazon and fixed this. For the first time we have non scalding shower water. Thank you!

We had an exterior pipe that was broken off from a hail storm and Tom was able to fix it in timely and professional manner.

Very happy with the timeline, time it took to install, and work done. Unit I bought is definitely nicer that what it replaced. Tom was very professional and went through a number of options with me.

Tom Greer is very professional, trusting, and friendly. He is my go to guy for my all my plumbing needs. He performed water heater maintenance on my 2 units.

We've been using them for several years for both AC work and plumbing and they do great work! Every employee we've ever dealt with has been very knowledgeable, friendly and has taken the time to educate us about both. Plus they have always given us 3 options before doing any major work, which is great. They have never pressured us either. Today we had both HVAC maintenence and had them look at a possible leak and Bo and Tom were great.

He provided followup information and things to keep an eye out for in the future to avoid repeat issues with moisture/water build up.

I initially made an appointment to replace my washing machine shut off valves. During the evaluation, the service tech Tom discovered a leak coming from the hot water heater expansion tank. Tom was very professional and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Tom did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the outcome today. I will continue to use Honest Air and Plumbing.

Where do I start? The unit installed upstairs leaked and they had to repair my ceiling. The cabinets they cut into were reinstalled lopsided, I have a welding burn on my carpet still. 3 years later I now have a leak in my wall from their work that they want 1100 for including the diagnostics. Beware; the lack of professionalism here is strong.
