If the owner dishonest try earning profits of gave you more fat instead of meat and other stuff he did behind the scenes that you can't see then you have no idea what type of ingredients their will adding to the food. Could be the China chemical to make the food taste better but then will harm your body. I would not even go there for sure. Safety for my family FIRST!

November trip brings us to HK BBQ for first time sampling. Received everything I asked for which was 1/2 a duck, small piece of roast pork (would have liked more fat though) and 2 ribs of roast pig. I thought prices were fair and meat was freshest I've seen. You can't go in expecting to buy by the pound, and expecting them to know you want lean vs fatty without first communicating. 1 inch or 1 rib can easily go over a lb from the pig and a piece of roast pork is never only a lb. Tastes are spot on without being too salty, and trek to the store was under 20 minutes. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because there were no chickens.

Wow. Was going to try, but all reviews say the same thing. Dishonest company.adding fat instead of meat. Its a hard pass 4 me.

Very bad and dishonest business, we asked for the BBQ pork, they gave us over 90% of fatty part, and forced us to buy, they do not deserve one single star in rating.

They lost me as a customer. I try them for the first time. I ask for two pounds of ribs but they give me two of meet and fat instead.

These people are not trust worthy. Asked for 2lbs and they intentionally add more to charge you more. They ll lie about the weight. They do this for the past three times since i ve been there. Sneaky people think I can t understand them doing this on purpose. Would never go back.

I think they have good Pork with Crispy skin, bbq Pork with the proper marinated "xá xíu" the Hong Kong style, and the chicken is also good.

Things need to watchout when buying at this place, if you ask for 1 pound, they will sell you at 30% more weight. The problem is that they placed the scale on the opposing side of the cash register to purposely charge you $1 or 2 more. This is how to gain 10% or more profit a day without sweat. So do watchout for it. Do not let the lady at the cashier fooled you. Get wbat you are paying for.
