I had a very bad experience, with Judge Angela Rodriguez, I didn't even check the receipts, and I pleaded guilty, and I reopened the case, and I won it, a Judge Rodriguez recommendation, I reviewed the papers, to later find guilty.

I have been working on getting some justice for the towing of my car over the past 13 months at her court. Complete waste of my time. Her court ruled in my favor and held the property owner accountable over a year ago. The owner didn’t pay of course, and Texas Department Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) could not enforce the court’s ruling because they don’t have any jurisdiction over property owners. TDLR can only enforce a towing case if the towing company is held accountable.
