Hooks Lincoln, Fort Worth TX

My warranty was about to expire and we were going to be a out of warranty by the time we drove back to Missouri. I took the car in and left it with Luis, my service contact. After several days, I texted Luis, then called and left a message, that I needed to get back in the car to retrieve an item. I arrived at dealership only to find that Luis had taken the afternoon off. I explained my plight to the desk personnel and they brought out the service manager. He explained they had not touched the car, not even to run diagnostics. So we spent our vacation dealing with no auto and the dealership did only the minimum to fix the issues. KUDDOS to the service manager, he at least tried to get somethings done.

Doing business with Robert Smith and Hooks Lincoln was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I have owned just about every type of Luxury vehicle but this dealership tops all the dealerships I’ve worked with! Their one point of contact philosophy was too easy! No going back and forth with the sales manager, credit manager, etc. I worked with Robert through the whole process. Love their transparency philosophy! Until this purchase had never heard of Hooks but will certainly share with all of my friends. Hooks…you ROCK!

The process is bad. I understand Hooks is trying to fix. There is no clear authorization process

It was a bit of a drive for us, but the experience with Jeff (sales) was flawless! He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The buying process took less than an hour. He even went out of his way to help us with some post-purchase challenges. I would definitely recommend!

Everything from salesman to facility was perfect however had to leave in a rental because air-conditioned did not wor on the nautilus we purchased with 15 miles on it.
