Hooters, Amarillo TX

I have been coming to this Hooters for almost a year now. There are so many great people who work here that make coming here a terrific experience. Britt is an incredibly personable manager who treats everyone with respect. Nate is a great manager as well. Even though I am always a bar patron, several of the waitresses recognize me as a regular patron and are always friendly and welcoming to me, especially Ciera and Hailey.

I think all the bartenders here are wonderful, but Taylor and Hanna have taken care of me the most and both are fantastic at running the bar.

I haven't mentioned the food and drinks, which are just fine, because it's the people who work here who are the reason I keep coming back.

I'm moving from Amarillo in a month, but I will definitely miss this awesome place.

Great scenery but had fish tacos, they were good but they do not have any type of sauce to put on them! No pico, no salsa and no guacamole?

Service and food was great. If you want a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich this is your place. They've been doing them forever and they're good. It's also a good change of venue occasionally.

After they messed up an delivery order they were dismissive and said I had to go pick up the food.

So the female that answered the phone said she packed the food herself.upon arrival to hooters the manager informed that the item has been out for sometime. The female employee lied about packing the food and was dismissive and unprofessional however the manager was level headed, professional and informative so even with the bad experience I would return souly due to the actions of the manager.

Like most people know.you don't go there for the food. We went to watch a hot wing eating competition. The service was good, but the food was definitely not worth it.

Our waitress was Asia she was perfect friendly personable timely with beverages appetizers and the main course. She even let me take a photo of her with my son.the food tasted great and the environment was relaxed and very friendly but not the fake kind the southern hospitality kind like if you were visiting family. We are not regulars we were coming from Colorado to Houston so we were just passing through

Ordered chili cheese nachos, was delivered chips with a little thing sour cream and a separate thing of chicken with a small cup of liquid cheese

We drove 65 miles to eat at Hooters today. We walked in got seated and then nobody would wait on us. Three waitresses at the table next to us talking to the customers at that table and nobody acknowledged us. On the way out the door they said thank you have a good day and I said that if we had been waited on that we would have stayed to eat and nobody even tried to keep us from leaving. I knew there was a reason I hadn’t been to there in many years. Terrible service!

This place was delicious as usual. I ordered the fish and chips and got 4 large pieces of fish and plenty of chips.wow.great price, great food. Will be coming again for sure. Thank you for a great time!

Wings were perfectly cooked
But they were a little lite on the sauce for my taste i like very sauced wings completely covered
Service was awesome our waitress was great our cups never got empty

The service was ok but the food was very disappointing and definitely not worth what I paid ordered the tex mex nachos and it was basically just old canned cheese and old canned chili warmed in a microwave and fried pickles with side of ranch. The ranch was spoiled! And the Philly cheese steak with onion rings, the onion rings we’re super old and dried out. Just overall disappointed and definitely not worth what I paid. And a couple of hours after me and my husband starting feeling sick to our stomach’s so much to where it made us throw up the food. That will be the first and last time.

Everything was great, I would suggest a Birthday shot on the house! Definitely a fun atmosphere. The mango margarita on the rocks is yum yum

1st awesome bar staff & bartender, gorgeous gals, on the negative side 6 blacked out screens on tv's around the bar, need this corrected or contact bar rescue plz!

My experience here was surprising to say the least. Hooters Amarillo used to be a staple. It’s very upsetting to see how poorly managed it is today.

We had just come in from the local sod poodles game, and our waitress refused to serve us drinks. Citing that we had been drinking elsewhere. I was unaware that, that was an unacceptable circumstance.

I would never recommend this establishment. On our way out, we were treated very poorly, and honestly this restaurant is a poor excuse for a business establishment in Amarillo. The food declining over the years seemed manageable, but to know see how poorly they treat their customers. It’s sad to see.

I’d be happy to speak to management about my experience, should anyone reach out from corporate. But given our visit. I doubt that very seriously. I really hope this restaurant either gets new management or doesn’t make it to 2023. Cheers

Good food and about the same price as Twin Peaks so no difference there. A little bit different menu between the two but all in all a good place to eat.
