There are ONLY two reasons I'm giving this trip 5 stars, Jamie and Kalina.
We were seated and waited 15 minutes to be seen by someone who wasn't our waitress. When Jasie was given out table (of 2 people), she was very prompt and attentive.
Very long story shortened, our food came out cold four different times. Not a single dish was edible.
Kalina, the Manager On Duty, took great care of us and made the experience at least tolerable. She was very professional and apologetic.
The professionalism exhibited by Jasie and Kalina saved this experience and these two ladies should be commended for their outstanding customer service.

Management decided to have a team meeting in the middle of dinner service, so half our table got their drinks (and then were left waiting to order another after they finished) while the other half didnt even get their drinks in the first place. Table got cluttered and staff didnt clear appetizer dishes or empty drinks till we left, so we were consolidating everything on the table. Small things like handing us a menu were completely ignored, as well as a lot of simple and expected practice by the waitstaff, and the restaurant was practically empty so I don't understand why this happened. Love hooters, been going to this franchise for years but every time we go its either a wrong order, or just overall poor service. What is supposed to be a chill night ordering food and drinks at one of my favorite places to eat ends up becoming a stressful experience. Sad to see this happening to a legendary franchise.

Service food and everything was honestly great today. Wait times were nothing to complain about seated right away. The waiter me and my friend Steven had today sam omg she was nothing but amazing. Took the time to just talk to us sit with us down at our level considering both me and friend are in wheelchairs. She took time to get to know a little bit about us and just overall made our experience today pleasurable. Will definitely be coming back to this location soon as we can and hopefully we can get Sam again. This location has gained a repeat customer after a few years and gained a new one in return as well. Hopefully this experience gets better from here because me and my friend will be there as often as we can because it means that much to us the service and everything. Thank you hooters nasa/Webster for a great day and looking forward to more in the future.

This place only lets you have 2 tall draft beers. Then they make you get short draft. You can get as many short beers with shots mixed in as you want, so to speak. This is a racket. You won’t get any more of our money.

Strictly for Online Order. Ordered through internet and didn’t receive any sauce or dressings we ordered. $45 on wings with no dressings, we had to use an old papa John’s dressing. As we’re moving and have none.

I like the food and ambience. It's sad to see the girls getting younger and their dresses getting smaller but they seem happy with what they are doing and I have nothing against peoples' choices as long as they are not exploited! The girls at this location are extremely nice and work hard! They don't put on airs, they are polite, courteous and efficient.

Bartender stated big boy beer rules and executed it beautifully, my friend and I had a good talk over exceptional professional approach to her style of customer service the Blind rub/sauce was on point this Girl knows who she is, now it's up to your managers to reward you accordingly. The food was good. It didn't take too get our food even though it was busy. Courtney took care of us. Over all we had a good experience.

Food was awsome.service was good and as always sports is on the many tvs they have here. Buffalo chicken sandwich was good fries and my son had the naked hot wings with garlic parm. Beer is cold and sodas cold as well.

I used to be a lunchtime regular but had a couple bad experiences that kept me from coming back. Last Wednesday I was in the mood for some beers and wings at dinner time so I decided to see if things had changed. I was impressed to find a complete turn around. CoCo - Courtney was fast and friendly with glowing personality that made dinner even better. I normally don't request a server but I will always ask for her from now on!

We were seating fairly quickly but sat there for at least 10-15 minutes waiting for a server. The hostess never told us that everything as far as the menu is still QR scan so when the waitress came and took out drink order we had to wait to pull up and browse the menu. After that she was gone another 10 minutes or so, then brought back our drinks and I had to tell her that we were ready to order, she walked off again (it wasn't that busy, like maybe half full). Finally got our order and my dad's BBQ burger didn't have bbq sauce, she smiled but looked bothered that she had to go back and get it. Everything took forever and dad felt like his food was an after thought. Asked for to go containers, the check, and then after that was done had to also ask for a bag. The food was mediocre and the service let me know I wouldn't be back to this location. I usually go to Galveston and the staff is always friendly and prompt. This location could take a note from Galveston

Staff was fantastic, fried pickles were delicious. Rosey told me where to go to buy cigarettes, and i never had an empty beer all night watching the UFC fights. Great place to watch sports.

Great food, great staff, and speedy service. What more could you ask for? Our waiter Coco made us all laugh a ton and was very friendly and attentive and made sure our table was well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back, way better experience than Twin Peaks.

Avri was amazing with her service. She took care of me and my client in a very professional manner. Most try and use their looks to serve you. And yea that’s only going to get you 3 stars that’s if you on point.but to get 5 you need to be professional. Thank you Nasa hooters for having someone that has the complete package!

Timeless classic for wings and beer. Calmer environment than their competitor across the freeway, and plenty of TV's to watch all sorts of sports. Never had a bad experience here in 20+ years.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at any restaurant. First time in my life I didn’t leave a tip. But I should have known better when all the restaurants in the area has a wait time but you could walk right in and get a seat here!

All the wait staff disappears after getting order wrong. Waitresses sitting at customers table while food sits in window. Chicken was incredibly dry. Had beggers coming in trying to sell candy going table to table interrupting meals of people. SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE like always. This is the third or fourth chance we have given this location.

The food is greatly improved from the last time I was at a Hooters. The problem with this place is the very slow service

Kailynn was training Sam and she is a perfect example of an attentive waitress. Cup always full and never had to look for them, they were always there. 2 perfect ladies!
