Paid the cover and the band wrapped up 10 min later, would have appreciated a heads up from the doorman. Watched the bartender pour my drink without pouring any alcohol but I'm
not one to fight over 4 bucks. Poor service and pretty bland overall. Maybe its fun if you're a local? I would advise out of town folk to avoid this place and save your money

I haven't been to Hours in a while. It hasn't changed! Always a good time, even when it's standing room only!

We had a great time, all the employees we encountered were super nice, drinks were good, and Will Banister put on one hell of a show

The bartenders are extremely rude the door man asked if we can play the juke box and they immediately started yelling at him telling him to go back to the door and started being rude when we were ordering drinks. They started being rude to the door man cause he asked a question for the customers and they didn’t care at all about the customer. The music was boring and not upbeat at all. I will never go back to this bar.

My friends and I always have a great time when we go. Great atmosphere and love the music and bartenders!

Good Long Island Ice Teas! Good bartenders and it's very laid back until the Cowboys have games on then we're allowed to cheer like we're in the game or the refs can hear us haha! This wil be my new hangout spot when I decide to watch football somewhere other than home. Good job guys!

I've been coming to this bar for over 10 years. Hands down my favorite place to come and hangout in Amarillo. Live music 3 days a week. And 90% of the patrons that go there are cool and friendly. Drink prices are always good! Come see for yourself!

Great bartenders and always an amazing selection of live music that never disappoints! "Dive" bar in the best way ever! Dont miss out if you're in town and there is live music or there isn't! It's a great place to hang out.

Stole my money, and refused to give me a refund. Dont come here if you plan on keeping your money or save for retirement

Bought tickets for a concert at Hoot's, the ticket website had no mention of the show being 21+, myself and the 6 others (all 18+) I went to the show with got turned away at the door and denied a refund. The only thing the manager told me is that the owner might email the ticket seller in the morning about the misinformation.

Drove quite a ways to see my favorite band tonight just for it to be a 21+ bar. No where does it state the age limit on their website. Someone should fix should probably fix that.

Just had food delivered - person picking up waited a long time, had to get manager to chase order - order arrived, missing items, ordered crispy chicken wings, were soggy & flavorless. Also ordered a salad, NOTE not a side salad, pretty much what we got maybe 1 TBSP of veg & we are being generous- very disappointed. $50!
