Very good place to sit outdoors and enjoy delicious fries, burger is bonus (vegan burger is the one I have tried)

Ate the llano poblano burger with truffle fries. Burger was top 3 burger I’ve had. Truffle fries could have been fresher but the sauce is delicious. Try the sweet potato fries as a substitute.

Magic Shroom burger was great. It helps if you have an assigned seat before you order your food. Vegan options too.

The service here is incredible & the food was great.
The people who work here seem to enjoy their work and it shows.

Was really good once.in my last experience, the bun was totally crumbling, smush and flavorless. Tryed to gently communicate that to the waiter, after rolling eyes he walked away.

Great, juicy, big burgers! And the shareable fries are perfect for 2. Milk skates are a must! Lively atmosphere and definitely popular. Friendly workers and fast staff, waited 10-15 minutes for my to go order! Brilliant place for lunch w/ friends!

This was my first time visiting from out of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful explaining how to order and helping me. Food quality was excellent as well. I'd definitely return if I ever return to Austin. Thanks!

Delicious, juicy burgers. Fresh ingredients and made to order. Their sharable fries are also big portions, but they were a bit overcooked. I liked the honey sweet potato fries most. Their milkshakes are a must order! Creamy and perfectly flavored. Street parking only and you line up to place your order and then go to the table you are assigned.

Can't beat it. Unbeatable burgers. Unbeatable shakes. Fries for life. Great atmosphere for families, dates, or whatever you want.

Marlon at the bar was awesome! He made several informed suggestions, was very personable, and very quick to refill our drinks. The food was outstanding to boot, we will definitely be back for more!

Just a really great burger. High quality ingredients, Unique atmosphere but not overdone. Delicious, priced well and exceptionally consistent.

One of the best caesars I’ve had! Had a great chicken burger with yummy Parmesan crisps. Burgers are fantastic and the fries come in massive bowls! Try all the sauces, fun options to dip!

2021 update - still serving up the best burgers in Austin. Beware of the margaritas.the glasses are heavy and alcohol is strong.who's complaining?

Very disappointed— I had to cook my Goodnight burger after my arrival home when I discovered how raw the patty was. I’m not talking a bit of pink or even rare— more like beef tartar.
Fries and queso were decent though.
Just beware before biting into your burgers!

When they're good, they're great. When they're not, it's really hit or miss, with major misses. If you have food allergies, you will need to doublecheck your order. Nothing like having a lunch meeting cut short by someone making a point to clarify they are allergic, only to find nuts in a salad and having to leave because they didn't have an epi pen on hand.

Me and my wife came to Austin for our anniversary for a week. This is the first place we ate! Freaking phenomenal! The customer service was fantastic. The first person saw us standing at the door, slightly confused on how seating worked, helped point us in the right direction. The person at the register was so upbeat and seemed genuinely happy to help us out! They made a recommendation to us to get the mushroom burger, which we would never order otherwise but we’re glad we did. It came with goat cheese and the burger was cooked perfectly. The people who brought our food was fantastic as well! This will be a place we visit again.

Burger that is simple yet delicious. 2 things that a Burger joint MUST do right: meat and buns. I don't care what else is on a burger, nothing can save a burger if those two things aren't right. Hopdoddy knows how to do both! So anything extra is a plus! Buns are nice and light but chewy at the same time and meat was well seasoned and juicy with flavor.

Burger is not served with fries, must order as a side. I do think fries were over priced without having a extra pop in it. When I revisit, I'll order two burgers before ordering a burger and fries.

We ordered strawberry milkshake and it was good but overloaded with whipped cream for my liking.

We sat outside and love livelihood of the congress street AND service was also very good!
