UPDATE: Hopdoddy leadership reached out promptly and genuinely wanted to know more about our experience. Then we received an apology and an explanation regarding the A/C parts that had been on order. Next, Hopdoddy management offered a gift card to make things right, and we appreciate their kindness. As I said in the review below, we love the food. And so, we will certainly return after this concerned and thorough response to the problem we encountered. This was all handled quickly and professionally. For this reason, I'm updating the review and improving the stars.

Met friends here to enjoy amazing burgers and fries. Highly recommend the burger in a bowl. BUT the A/C was broken. As you ordered food, they offered a cup for ice water. No acknowledgement of A/C problem. No fans. No concerns. Finally opened a door, but it was just as hot outside. Kept thinking they must be working on it.it'll cool off soon.nope. Miserable, so we left for ice cream dessert elsewhere. ~~ Love the food, but would have appreciated honest ownership of the problem.

Busy location. Friendly staff. Incredible burgers. Creative and delicious fries. Refreshing drinks. What's not to love? ! Sit inside or out. Listen to the tunes. Chat with the staff at the bar. It's a good time. If you prefer NOT to eat burgers 5 days a week, they offer chicken or salad but don't miss the burgers. Local parking garage.

Can't go wrong unless (you're trying) with burgers. This place was fun with a twist on fries and unique selection of burgers.

I've been wanting to try out Hopdoddy for a few years now, and WOW, it was 1000% worth it.

I had the "El Diablo" burger, and I LOVED IT. It was plenty spicy, just the way I like it, maybe even more spicy if I wanted it. It had Seranos, Habenaros, Pepper Jack cheese, Chipotle Aioli, and Carmelized Onions along with Lettuce. It was hands down the best burger I've ever had. Even the Bun was soft like it should be. I would hands down get that again and again and again.

I also decided to go mild and get the Bacon Jam Double Burger, and it was also good. I was curious about what Bacon Jam tasted like, and that was really good. The flavor of the burger overall, everything went together very well. It had white and yellow american cheeses, homemade tomato bacon jam (definitely tasted homemade if you ask me), grilled onions, mustard, and pickled mayo. If I decide to go mild next time, I would get this burger.

I also got a side of Fries with the green chili queso.oh WOW, that queso needs to be in grocery stores ASAP. I've NEVER had queso that tasted this good, like ever. Like the El Diablo Burger, I'll get this again and again and again. The Strawberry Margarita was one of those drinks when you don't feel it at first until you finish it. That's how I like my drinks from time to time.

The service was relatively quick despite a couple of servers sitting around as I walked in the door, which I won't dock points since one of them did get up to greet me almost instantaneously.

The ambiance is more relaxing during the day, but at night, it gets really busy, some nights. I want to come here at night and see how the service and ambiance differ from day to night. Will most definitely be back soon!

One really good burger.
Sauce was good, mushrooms were good too.
Fries were excellent, though it's on the thinner side. But still salty and savory good.

I have been a regular here for the last few months enjoying happy hour with friends. The bartenders here are really nice and fun. But in my latest visit we experienced an issue which needed a manager involved due to an extra charge. And the general manager name DAVID came over and was really ugly and mean about it with the bartender and ourselves. He obviously doesn’t give af about customers or staff. Almost laughing at our inconvenience and suggested we just split the bill if we couldn’t afford it, but it’s not that we couldn’t afford it, it was something NO ONE ordered or received. He comped it off but gave us plenty of lip before he did. I’ve never experienced a manager so rude. Unfortunately I personally will never be back and will let all my nursing friends I meet there know we should go somewhere else.

Ordered from Uber Eats to be delivered to my hotel. Ordered a classic burger upgraded patty, and brussels sprouts with olive oil and parmesean and a Pepsi Zero. Realized I forgot to get cheese on the burger. Couldn't get that changed on Uber, so I called the restaurant, 3 times. Received a recorded message saying nobody was available to take my all and to leave a message. Seriously? The Uber driver brought my request to the restaurant upon his arrival, and they refused to add cheese even though I offered to pay for it. Also did not receive flatware with which I needed to eat the brussels sprouts. Hopdoddy, your customer service sucks. Can't even issue a complaint online. Guess you just avoid customers that have a problem with your restaurant to they go online and give you 1 star reviews. I paid over $50 for this order including tip to my Uber Driver. Food was sub par and cold. Never again. I will reach out to get this resolved, going to have to escalate it obviously.

The green chili queso is amazing. The burgers are really good, too. I like the atmosphere, but the way you have to order is a bit odd or maybe the staff just don't have their flow set up. I probably wouldn't sit at the bar again since i was ignored and couldn't get my drink order in, but I still like the place.

Food was just ok. The one on 249 has the best food. I was not impressed here is lacked seasoning maybe that's because of the area. I expected the same tast and flavor. We ordered 4 different fries and all were hard. My kids will eat anything however I couldn't and opted for a refund. Staff was friendly cashier could be more welcoming however. Nice place clean including the restrooms.

Seating limited and walk up ordering brings score done. Not a great place for parties with more than four people.

Burgers were good though. Fries were basic.

It's too much people came to drink licour. DO BUT THE TIME YOU WHAT TO TAKE YOU FAMILY. ITS FULLY OF ALCOHOLICS. THERES NO TABLES. WHY PEOPLE'S TO DRINK GO ALSIDE. IM SEE I HAS A BABY AND 2 KIDS THEY LOVE GO ATE THERE'S. THE KEEP CRYING. WE HAD TO GO BACK HOME.

One of the best and most reliable burgers place in town. On top of that, they always have a good beer selection. What else do you need?

Food is OK but won't be coming back. Getting seated is "an adventure". Second time coming and second time me having to find the host to get a table assigned. You cannot order without a table, but you cannot seat without the host assigning you a table. Is there signage stating this clearly visible? Not that I can tell. You can tell is a recurrent issue, people in the ordering queue asking others if the got the "paper" from the host.
Regarding the food, we ordered a classic burger, kids meal and chicken tenders. Everything was good, but not good enough to go through the stress of finding a table like I'm in a market.
Bathrooms was not well kept and there was a puddle of water next to table 51.
