Terrible service……… the delay is terrible, the referrals from the specialists never arrive, you always have to be calling or requesting another appointment with the general practitioner and they continue charging for something you need. They want to do exams that one does not need in their establishment to charge and charge insurance.
Referrals for exams are also terrible, you wait months to receive them or you have to do the process yourself.
One waits at reception for more than 30 minutes, then they take him to the office where one has to wait even longer for a doctor to arrive who wants to do only what he wants, bad expensive without ethics to handle patients.
But you arrive 10 minutes late and you will see that they cancel your appointment right away, but you do have to wait for them.
The worst of the worst, if I could I would give 0 stars. Terrible customer service, you call and they hang up on you, after leaving you waiting for a long time, they tell you that they can help you and after waiting they say no. In short, it is the worst place I have ever been and where they have treated me the most badly. Are the worst!
Hope clinic is always my first choice of health care. I truly appreciate the help of dr. Amita Patel o.d. And her staffs. Thanks again.
Do not schedule an appointment on the website, it doesn’t work! I scheduled an appointment with this clinic on their website 1 month ago and got a confirmation in my email that it had been scheduled.they called me today stating that my appointment was never confirmed and that their website doesn’t actually work for getting appointments.now i have to wait until the end of july to get an appointment.save your time and go somewhere else.
I loved it before because I have been going here since I was a teenager. And my last year’s annual check up was an excellent experience. The doctor was so nice and was smiling and kind the whole time. But today’s experience is terrible. I had this appointment with this male doctor, although I’m not sure if he is a doctor or not because he looks so unprofessional. He was nice during my last visit. But today when I asked the nurse to call him and ask him about my annual check up blood test result. He showed up with a bad attitude. He told me that if the front desk said nothing about my blood test result, then the result is normal. And that I should go online and looked into my account and see my lab report by myself. He kept repeating saying this that I should just look at my lab report by myself. I felt terrible at that time so I said ok. I should stand up and speak up to him, but I didn’t because I was scared. Yes I am able to see my lab reports published in my account but how can I know what is wrong with some values too high or too low? Last year the female doctor checked my lab reports and put “normal” or “abnormal” online after the word results, but this time this doctor didn’t put anything after “result”. And how on earth should I know what is going on to my own health when I clicked into those detailed lab reports with all those values and medical terms that I have never learned about? If I can understand my blood test result, why do I need to pay and see a doctor? A doctor should not behave like this. I am really disappointed. I appreciated how he helped me to gather the documents that I need for my school. But there is no need for him to tell me that I asked too many questions and I should be focusing on my study and school work. I only asked questions because I have concerns about my own health.
Remember that people usually write comments when they don't like something. And when they do, they don't take the time. I got there, they were friendly. My new Dr which is Dr Garret Brett, I couldn't be more pleased. He was attentive and professional and took the time to explain things. And bus #2 drops me off super close. Worst clinic ever, i had an appointment on 19 april and i got positive results for H pylori and TB but still i do not get any medication for my H pylori and even they did not Report my TB Result to Houston Health Department.today i call them again and they said we will send your TB report to Health Department and your Medication to the Pharmacy and call u back but i do not Received any call from Them and i was waiting Whole day, Poor Staff, Rude Reception and Irresponsible Doctors. That was the Worst and Unprofessional Clinic i have Ever Experienced in my Whole Life.
This place is a mess. Avoid it at all costs if possible. It is mainly for low income patients.
We made an appointment online. We went here the day of the appointment we were told you don't have an appointment and that the online thing is just a 'reservation' and you need to call to actually make an appointment! What is the point of the online reservation then? We were given an appointment two weeks later and we were told we have to arrive 1 hour before the apt time!
The lady who the biometrics was in rush, rude, and unprofessional.
The physical examination and daily discomfort of the two children in the family are arranged here. It is really great. I don’t speak English very well. I recently met Winnie, she is a very caring person! In addition to helping me translate, she also gave me a lot of help, I am really grateful to her!
Customer service should be better than what it is right now at this office. A service provider is expected to have competent hands on the customer facing side of their business, and not ones that cannot show empathy when attending to potential customers.
Hi, this clinic is one of the worst in all around the Houston, especially the receptionists, the way they talk and behave with patients and visitors are rude and not giving you more information, also they changed your appointment times, you also have to wait multiple hours after checking. Please please AVOID THIS TRASHY CLINIC if you’re sick or injured. Thanks
I’m not a big fan of the front office, I’ve had my good and bad encounters but overall it’s ok. They do stay busy. My doctor is Dr. Michael Mgerian and he is the best I’ve ever met! I love him! I met him in the ER and he told me where he practiced and I followed him, I’ve been happy ever since. He listens to my every concern and he has truly gave me hope to all the health conditions I deal with! The nurse that attends to me is awesome, can’t think of her name lol. Dr. Mgerian keep being great! Well updated……Dr Mgerian finished his clinicals and is no longer there so I won’t be coming back. He moved so I moved lol.
If i have the option to give zero star I would love to after today experience Very poor customer service the lady in the front desk she hold people for 2 hours even though I have came 30 mins earlier than my timing and its Spanish lady she is very rude and if you keep asking her when will you be seeing the doctor she will tell you on the face you should have scheduled earlier time If u don’t like to wait like seriously? No customer services at all I honestly speaking after today experience I no longer like to attend this clinic! Reminder for the CEO Please replace your front desk staff specially the Spanish girl I think valeta don’t know how to talk, behave and give information about the appointment and patients, bring people who has patience and good customer services I don’t think I am the only one who is complaining from the front desk!
This clinic do not take new walk-in patients after 8 am! I went this place with my mom and told us they don’t take new walk-ins after 8 am.
If you need to go to a clinic as a walk-in, especially in a Saturday, you’re better off going other medical center nearby. The have better customer service and willing to help you.
AVOID THIS TRASHY CLINIC if you’re sick or injured.
Today I took my little brother for his lab test per televisit order, but I was refused to be served at the front desk. Because they asked the mother's presence while the mother is suffering from COVID and stays isolated at home. I explained that the mother is severely sick but no one listened. They still refused and responded in an inconsiderate and disrespectful manner. The manager was called and she also refused disrespectfully. The front desk is the main representation of the entire clinic. Don't go here unless you have no other choice. Their rating is worse and deserves the worst of the worst.
My last visit was before 2 months ago the reception employees very bad they was talking to each other and laughing with each other without get respect or attention to the patients
And when call the customer service to reschedule the appointment they tell you ok but they didn't so don't trust them even when you call nurse line for medicine for emergency situation especially extension*118 they never answer your call or ur voice mail you left I don't know why the services go down like that before they was very professional people
The hope clinic appointment section is not helpful at all.all times gives headache to customer when I call they dropped my calls I am not able to get an appointment. The doctors are helpful but staff is not.
