I recommend Dr. Gupta she's very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I just had cataract surgery on both eyes and it went really well. Love the office staff they are A+

My RX was wrong 3 times. The office manager did not follow up, he was rude and didn't give the situation priority. He doesn't understand customer service.

Like many of you who chooses doctors based on the online review other people put on, I did the same, so I decided to see Dr. Gupta based on many 5 star reviews. However, her bed side manner definitely needs improving. She made me feel it is like my fault to ask additional questions related to my health. As a patient, I deserve to understand how the treatment works, but in her clinic I felt rather unappreciated.

Great experience here, Dr. Gupta was very thorough and caring and resolved my issue! Was very easy to schedule my appointment and started right on time or maybe a couple minutes early. Front office and nurse were all very friendly and professional.

The entire team @ Horizon Eye Center does an amazing job from the very first interaction. All of my questions are answered at every visit by Sarah and the Assistant (can’t remember her name, sorry). After surgery when I was struggling, Sarah didn’t hesitate to get me right in. Dr Gupta provides a thorough and comprehensive exam and she makes sure you are educated and also answers your clinical questions. This team provides exceptional eye care. Highly recommend! I’m

Everyone I interacted with at the Horizon Eye Center was wonderful, starting with the front office ladies. Sara has the best sense of humor.

Dr. Gupta never made me feel rushed. She listened to my questions and answered all of them.

Everything went like clockwork after making my appointment. You are sent an email link to log into their portal so you can fill in the paperwork
before you arrive. You can make appointments through the portal and also send messages, which are answered very quickly.

I highly recommend the Horizon Eye Center.

I have found it's difficult to find an ophthalmologist that is really great. Dr Gupta is absolutely wonderful! She's very patient with all my questions, thorough, and cares about my eye health as much as I do. And her staff is fantastic, friendly and really helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

I called this Dr.to get appointment for eye exam. It was all set. I gave my insurance info and all the info Sarah asked for. She was made aware that I was taking care of a small grand child and could not be on the phone long since I needed to tend to the baby. Sarah persisted to tell me what extra costs there would be and kept insisting that I tell her whether or not I would be able to pay. I explained to her that I had insurance and was aware of my co-pay and we could discuss anything further when I arrived for my appointment. I then said goodbye and hung up. I went to the office for my appointment at the scheduled time. I called when I got there to be sure I had the right location. Sarah very rudely and sarcastically told me that due to my attitude she never scheduled the appointment… she refused to book the appointment and was reluctant to give me her name. Thanks to her I will not be seeing Dr. Gupta. Sarah said she was the office manager. Dr. Gupta you lost a patient because of SARAH!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Doctor spends good amount of time examining and explaining the procedure and what to expect.
No waiting time. I do highly recommend this stand alone eye practice.

This office is too notch from the time you enter to when you leave. Sara at the desk is outstanding with patients; perfect for the front desk job.
