I have been going to HWC for 1 year. The hormones inserts work wonders on my body- I have more energy, less irritability, less dry skin and no fatigue. I love it!

When I began my journey with hormone therapy, I, like many others, turned to Google for guidance. The Hormone Wellness Center was one of the first results to catch my eye. However, my experience with this establishment has been incredibly disappointing. They require you to commit to a one-year contract for over $3000, which is quite steep. Additionally, they assured me that it would take a few rounds of pellets before I would notice a significant difference. This claim turned out to be entirely false.

Regrettably, I was persuaded into signing a contract with them. During my visits, I never saw the same doctor consistently. Each appointment involved a different individual who merely glanced at my previous month's records. The lack of continuity and personalized care was disheartening, especially considering the importance of individualized attention when undergoing hormone replacement therapy.

Despite the promises made, I did not experience any of the touted results. On the contrary, I gained weight when they assured me I would lose it, and my restless leg syndrome worsened instead of improving. The burst of energy and renewed vitality they guaranteed never materialized, and I saw absolutely no positive changes. Despite this, I found myself paying over $300 a month for a service that yielded no discernible results.

The final straw for me was during my last pellet treatment, where I expressed my ongoing disappointment with the lack of results. Each time, I was told that the next pellet would be the game changer, but it never was. This pattern made it clear to me that the promises made by the center were empty and misleading.

In conclusion, my experience with the Hormone Wellness Center has been deeply unsatisfactory. Their one-size-fits-all approach, coupled with the exorbitant costs and unfulfilled promises, left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would advise anyone considering hormone therapy to seek a provider that offers personalized care and transparent, realistic expectations.

Coming to HWC Austin has been the best decision I ever made. Everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful. I am starting to feel better with my hormones and have enjoyed my treatment plan.

I’m very grateful to have found HWC in Austin. They have helped me tremendously and they truly care about their patients.

Do Not waste your time. They take your blood and sale it. They charge $1200 every 3months whenever everybody else charges $300 every three months. I showed up and not only were they really rude in the office but they told me it was going to be three months until they can get me in for treatment if they took my blood and called me back later saying they couldn't treat me kept my money. This place is super shady. Do not waste your time. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I highly recommend HWC Austin. My sleep and energy level have improved significantly in the last couple of months that I’ve been coming.

HWC is the best place to get your hormones! The Dr is the best & the staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

I came here to try and figure out why my energy was so low. After doing lab work, HWC they helped me come up with a plan that worked for me to feel better and more energized! My workouts have improved along with my energy and mood. I would recommend anyone thinking they might need some help with their hormone balance to see them. Everyone is so wonderful from the reception, to the nurses, to the doctor. I’m so glad I have found them!

HWC is the absolute best place for HRT! The staff is always wonderful! I should have come here years ago but I'm so very happy I finally did. Thanks HWC for giving me my groove back!
