Dr. Kim Seobun, is great. She take the time to listen as you explain your symptoms and does small tests to figure out what the cause could be. I wish she was my Primary physician.

We have been here a few times. Hardly any wait time. The staff and providers are friendly, caring and helpful.

Very kind, caring and attentive staff. I would recommend highly. The provider was very knowledgeable, thorough, and had a very caring and concerned spirit. She clearly loves helping patients. As a medical provider also, feeling this from your own provider is always extremely comforting.

I really loved the atmosphere, cleaniness, they where very timely, NP was so nice and kind, knowledgeable about my injury, xrays done immediately results within 10 minutes, have no insurance had to pay out of pocket very affordable, I chose them over another urgent care who was going to charge for each procedure rather than one lump fee Thank you keep up the great work! I’m thankful no broken bones

This place has been a God send! Close to home, convenient, clean, caring staff, easy checkin, excellent care.

NOT recommended for KIDS. The (2) staff members did not appear trained to calm down my child who was scared of being tested. No doctor on duty, which is okay, but worth mentioning to set the expectations.

Good place to be with respectable staff. I was explained to in details about what's going on with me by Seobun Kim and I understood everything.

Went in for cough. They of course tested for COVID, of which I was glad. The person who checked me in and the Nurse Practitioner were very kind and professional. I will be going back.

I took my child, they helped me a lot because my English level was low, they called the next day and followed up, they called the pharmacy for me and had my medicines prepared in advance.

Amazing doctors and front desk service. Always very thorough and pleasant! We love this place!

When my husband and I arrived we were asked to sign in. Well upon signing in I was asked to check the below boxes. After reading it stated that I agreed to the term and conditions. The other box wanted me too sign a credit card authorization form. I asked one of the staff "why, I'm being asked to sign something that I haven't read"! You guy's haven't given me anything to read. She said just check the box and and we're show you" later! Really! "That's Crazy " Why am I giving you authorization to charge my credit card for something we haven't went over! This Place is corrupt! I DON'T TRUST THEM BEWARE!

Deceptive Billing Practices, we used to visit this urgent care once monthly. They always claimed to bill our insurance. We just got a bill from two years ago…. They never billed the insurance. We then called the insurance company we tried to bill Hospitality UC. They only charged 1/2 of the invoice. They then send threatening letters that are due within a day of receipt saying the invoice is due.

Add to the madness. You try to pay over the phone, or online with 5 different methods of payment and every one has an error.

We’ve had this happen 5 times now.

Stay well away. Buyer beware.

The staff is decent. The billing is fraudulent.

Bottom line - misleading, dishonest, and manipulative billing practices with no recourse.

The provider we saw for my daughter was very pleasant and competent, but the facility's billing practices and company are misleading and a bit manipulative. In addition to the covered urgent care office visit, they billed additional codes for services in an urgent care facility and for evening/weekend hours, which are not covered by insurance. Blue Cross explained that normally the charges for these codes are not billed to the patient, and reached out to Hospitality's billing company directly, but couldn't reach an agreement.

While the service we received was perfectly fine, we had a very simple ailment, and the service was not worth an extra $30, or almost double the cost, compared to the many other urgent care facilities in the area, where we have always just paid our standard urgent care copay without issues.

Dr. Seobun is an excellent physician. She spent so much time with me so we were able to cover many things but I never felt rushed. I felt immediately at ease and comfortable so it made it much easier to discuss all of my health concerns with her. I came in for UTI treatment but Dr. Seobun helped me with so much more. I highly recommend Hospitality Urgent Center and also highly recommend Dr. Seobun.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was attended to in a timely manner and the NP on duty was nice and friendly. The place is also impeccably clean.

Amazing experience. Not a ton of paperwork to be filled out. Just some necessary online forms. The front staff is cordial and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner is amazing. Not only she diagnosed and provided the cure correctly, but also provided me an alternate solution just in case so I don't have to come back. They treat you like a human and not just a patient. They also provide sports physical which is a huge service.

Such a great experience! Everyone was friendly, caring, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Never have to wait, very clean, and I always get an appt within the hour when I need it. I can book and fill out all paperwork online. I love it!
