My first time visiting and i will absolutely be back. She took her time the massage felt great. I loved it

I called for a price and they told me $22 for a full set and then when done charged me $30 BEWARE! That’s why you can’t find prices anywhere cause they make up their own. First they told me that they charge me extra because I got a different shaFirst they told me that they charge me extra because I got a different shape Other than square. Keep in mind that the nails that I got are very short. This is my first time trying them out And my LAST I will continue going to Fantasy nails off camp wisdom. The only reason why I came in the first place because they are open on Sunday’s which is convenient other than that I would have drove by it. I don’t recommend due to lack of integrity.

They are very gentle, take their time and great customer service. They treat my husband and I family.

I went to this place in May2019, ask for a manicure & nail buff only. Amy did the service & was horrible, she was falling asleep while working on me.

Amy used the electric nail file around my cuticles while my hands were dry. I asked then why are you not soaking my hands first & then use the cuticle nipper to clip cuticles. She said I’m going to do that.

Well I thought then that was a bit much, I never had a manicure done in this way. I started to end the service then, & also when she was falling asleep, but I continued to give her a chance.now I realized that was the first mistake. As the service went on she cut cuticle too much & made my cuticle bleed & the owner told Amy to apply something on it to stop the bleeding. Amy apologized continually and so did Niki, so I continued again. That was the second mistake, & now this is the end result.

About a week later I notice my cuticles were a Lil sore, but I didn’t think anything of it. Then my cuticles became unbearably sore. I made a doctor appt & was diagnosed with Paronychia.cuticle infection.

I also had a French tip pedicure done by the owner Niki’s son. The white strip was too thick & wide. I told him I didn’t like it, but I’ll deal with it, because at this point I was ready to leave & knew that more than likely I wouldn’t return there for services.but I allowed Niki the owner to redo the French tip and it looked better.

They take their time and provide quality service. This is difficult to find with nail shops popping up everywhere. Pricing is also good

I go monthly and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly and make it a point to know their clients by name. I personally appreciate the care and skillset that Nicki shows while doing my nails

Facility was neat and quiet. Nail tech took her time and was very polite. Will definitely be visiting again.

If I could give these people a zero I would. Very rude and ignorant. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job. The tech had me soaking and didnt take my gel polish off prior to soak. I soaked 30 min and nothing had come off. Then the tech got mad at me because he said I should've told him it was gel. Any other nail shop knows. I've never had to disclose that and other nails shops have done their job properly. I left with polish still on and went to my normal shop.

3 stars because I repeatedly ask for a pedicure spa w gel nails and all she did was put gel on my toes. No hot soapy water, no scrub, no cutical removal. Strictly put gel on my toes and there wasn’t anyone else there to communicate what I wanted throughly. This is my second time being here, I won’t return.it was also $30 for this without tip.

Great customer service and Nikki is AWESOME! Everyone in there is great. Always a good experience.

Nail shop was okay other than making my nails to thick and one hand looks natural and the other hand looks wide and slapped together.

Went in for a Mani pedi and they had two people do by nails, so it was nice getting out faster. However the female who did my pedicure grated the side of my ankle, and it was dripping blood down my foot and she didn't acknowledge it until the guy doing my hands asked her what happened. They put a cotton ball on it and a band aid, but it bled through it. They still charged me for the pedicure and my foot has an open cut (it was a BIG gash!). Dissapointed.

Pedi was great but gel manicure terrible lady put a lot of layers an went all over the nail she tried to fixed her mess and cut me at the end! My first time here but wil not come again! Bad desicion this place

First time here I am pretty happy with the The work the nails are nice considering the hands that I gave them to work with the atmosphere is extremely nice the people are extremely nice very professional and friendly the workspace itself is very clean a little bit on the pricey side but not too bad overall experience was pretty good I'm happy with my nails he didn't do exactly what I asked but it's close enough

This place was fantastic, service was amazing, they did everything just how i wanted, best nail place ive been in years.prices are great as well, definitely recomend! This place never fails to make me feel pampered been coming since November of 2017, loyal client
04/21/2018- First time getting gel dipp ever, let me tell you ive never done my real nails and i fell in love, the color is perfect the shape, they are fantastic!

This place is great. They are very attentive and very nice. They do a great manicure and pedicure.

I found a new nail shop, I've only been to two nail salons in my LIFE. My old nail shop off John West is too far of a commute for me now, an associate gifted me with a Groupon to a shop in East Dallas and I had a good manicure, but it's too far as well. I started doing my own nails at home, (lemon juice and olive oil, biotin, etc) yet this job is rough on my hands, my nails were breaking and getting rough. I needed HELP. Hot nails was a 15 minute commute in heavy traffic. I did my research on the shop and read ALL the reviews and decided to try it for myself. SO OUT OF DATE with different nail trends and styles, the guy (forgot his name) was very patient and informative on what's new. I opted for the gel nails to protect my natural nails and let them grow. Tina, my NEW nail tech was meticulous with ME, I'm extremely funny about my hands. She was magnificent. Cool, clean atmosphere, and a glass of wine. Calming sounds and even when baby hood came in at closing time (she broke her nail in a fight, from the conversation this was a recurring thing) her other 9 nails were gorgeous. Her nail tech told her to come back the next day and she would fit her in. I liked the personal connection. I LOVE the strip it's in, nails, hair and daiquiris right in the same location. I'm definitely going back for a pedicure. Right now they have a 25% off sale so if your nail savvy GO, even if your not let them help you reach your nail goals.
