Devon has helped me find apartments for the last 2 years and has helped me an INCREDIBLE amount. I could not recommend him more, he is so nice and funny and really wants to help you and make sure you get the right apartment for the right price. If you are a student who is new to apartment life or just having trouble figuring our where to go next like I was, he is the person to go to.

So helpful! I tried researching the area myself and was getting frustrated trying to review properties and pet policies. I really needed a location dog friendly with walking paths. After talking with Devon, he promptly sent me a few listings. I chose the apartment he thought would fit my needs best after researching it myself. I appreciated him making notes of my needs and ensuring I was getting what I asked for.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL. My roommate and I had a terrible experience trying to sign a lease with Langtry (right next door) and ended up without an apartment two weeks before We were supposed to move out. The same day we walk into Hotspots DEVON MCOY helps us out and puts us in contact with a complex where we were able to sign a far better deal with the amenities we were looking for.

Well it looks like I will be joining everyone else in saying DEVON MCCOY is the best! He's been working with me since mid February and goes above and beyond to help! He answers any and every question you have, responds to text (at all hours!) and will help you get information on apartments or houses that he doesn't even have listed! I can't even count how many screenshots I sent him and his response was ALWAYS.let me get the information you need and I'll get back with you. Been looking for a place to live for a few weeks now, found hot spots and met Devon McCoy who was probably the most helpful person when it came to knowing his information. He was able to pinpoint locations that were within my budget and preferences on what i was looking for. He went over so many spots and knew them from front to back layouts, costs, what was included, what wasn’t i mean i got the full package of information at no cost since they do work for the apartments. It was an amazing experience and he was so kind and helpful i was able to choose the apartment i wanted to live at and throw out all my other options because i was given all the answers i was looking for! Devon was honestly the highlight of my really stressful and hard week that i couldn’t be more satisfied with the work he put into finding me the perfect place to live. Thank you hot spots for finding me and my dog nala a home. Would 10/10 recommend this place and would 10/10 recommend Devon McCoy to help you out!
