Hot Topic reviews
20Always a great place to shop. Staff always ready to help, n at this location they were extra nice! Didn't have alot of what I was looking for, but still managed to walk out with a few things lol.
My teens used to love this store, but the merchandise tends to stay the same, and is overpriced. I hate the death metal music they play so loudly you walk out with a headache.
It's an AWESOME store that has most of your comic, tv show, anime, and movie etc clothing that you will ever want.
I really enjoyed the place and how everything was kinda organized like there was a section where the clothes are and another section dedicated to just the funko pops but overall i loved the place and would do more shopping soon.
Not customer service training very very disrespectful when you ask a simple questionI won't recommend anybody to come to this place
Great, I loved it. I've been but never purchased before. Really cool selection of off beat merch.
The store is ok. I visited back in August before school started. Wasnt digging the blaring 80s music they were playing though. Its a punk rock alternative store and the music should match.
I love Hot Topic so much! You can find things from anime to hair dye, to shirts! I love Hot Topic so much!
Their music's volume wasn't consistent when I first walked in. But it was fixed, because that's what I was there for. I'm a technician.
My gf likes this store, and she has found some nice clothes here.things can be somewhat expensive, so watch for sales and promotions, and keep track of your haute cash (their in-store points system.) Also check the packed but chaotic discount racks.
If you like shirt of comics or shows like supernatural, riverdale, and stranger things this is the shop to get shirt, rings, and pops.
Store is always crowded but their buy 2 get one free t shirt sale is always good. AC could be lower. Store seems like its always 8 degrees warmer than the rest of the mall.
Lots of interesting items here, I buy a lot of toys here but there new funko pop policy sucks. A lot of prices are expensive and I suggest buying there t-shirts on sale because they run 21 to 25 bucks each which is a lot. They also act like telling a customer which funko pop's that are coming out is like top secret clearance information it is not that serious.
As usual, crowded with many teens full of angst. The inventory is largely in disarray and it's a wonder that they aren't stolen blind. If you accompany your kids here be ready for some close quarters.
Very cool stuff no matter what kind of pop culture niche you're into. However, they are really proud of their items as they are super (over) priced
This employee gave me attitude after I picked up a colorful worm plush off of a shelf that seemed like a product for sale.
Ruined my experience there at the store
The stuff they sell is neat but the store is so overcrowded to the point of being claustrophobic.
I came in and the girl immediately asked me if she could helped me. She helped me get what I needed fast. And the other girl at the register was nice and I appreciate the customer service.
WAY too small, especially during the holiday season. Okay selection of band shirts. I always walk in the store when i come to Memorial City Mall.
Just visited there earlier tonight. Bought a few pins for my lanyard/backpack. But more importantly, I accidentally left my Tablet on some clothes rack and proceeded to freak out until somehow managed to get the brilliant idea to ask one of the employees about it. I never got their names, but I spoke to this nice red haired lady, and she spoke to this really tall guy with black/brown hair and he gave me my tablet back. 11/10 would visit again.
