Hot Topic, San Antonio TX

It was all the same thrill of being an uncertain and awkward teen, but in my 30's. I dont miss that feeling tho I'll make sure to miss this store next time I visit the mall.

This has been my Hot Topic for many years now and will rarely venture to any others. Great selection and extremely friendly staff. Their Covid response was remarkable and really shows this location really cares about its customers.
Will continue to shop here for as long as I am able to for my geeky t-shirts and collectibles.

There was a little line to get in but it was moving pretty fast and efficient the people that work there are very nice and very helpful it's very clean everybody was wearing masks found what we needed very nice place

There was a lady at the entrance who was limiting the people coming in to the store. She asked me what I was looking for. I replied a few glow items and what not. She said they didn’t have anything that I needed. That Spencer’s was just down the way and recommended I go there. Rude as hell

Should train employees about collectibles on release dates. Should also post their inventory on social media before hand. They made a post about having certain collectibles only to find out their shipment was not full only had (9 items available). To come at a "later time" when the shipment has arrived. They could of updated that on social media before making some of us wait outside before they opened.

Its crowded inside. The products that are sold are unique and interesting. As for pricing a bit high on the other hand there will be a section of clearance usually some interesting stuff.

It's great shopping here. It's well stocked and maintained. The employees are quite helpful as well.

Amy has awesome customer service and very helpful. I look forward to coming to this hot topic. I've always shopped at the one at Ingram but there customer service is horrible! I'd rather drive the extra miles to the La cantera location. Thank you again Amy!

Great place tge manager is so sweet and the employes are super friendly. I had accadently bought a shirt to large and they were more than happy to help. It's a shame that in an environment like that the people are nicer but we went into another clothing store nearby that was nicer and cleaner and brighter and the girls there were dressed nice and they were sticking their noses up at us and didnt really help so we left and. Maybe they couldn't look at us because the sticks up their butts were up there to deep.

Good selection, always find some really neat stuff and I always feel like I am having a walk down memory lane.

Considering the limited space. They do manage to pack in a lot of inventory. Staff is also helpful. I was happy to find the 80's rock band t-shirts that I couldn't find at other stores.

I love Hot Topic, but I really don’t appreciate just being completely dismissed and waved off. I didn’t deserve that for just asking a question. I had planned to spend money today, but not after the treatment I got at the cash register.

I love the store but not this particular location. They don't really restock the shelves to have my size.
