4Honestly really hit or miss with customer service, sometimes the vibe is just not it but other times they can be really great.it tends to get a bit crowded and unorganized but that isn’t really the employees fault.

Recently shopped at hot topic (the cielo location) and HONESTLY vibe was NOT there, terrible customer service. You couldn't tell what was what. Shirts were overpiled on top of each other. Even the posts were MESSY. One of the managers was wearing earphones while working. THAT made me feel unwanted in the store, overall terrible experience. I am unsure to go back to that store to shop.

Cloths are cool and is just a well rounded place for teens
