13Awesome store as always! Wall to wall collectibles and vintage shirts! Funko Pops galore! Great place to buy gifts!
The place was a mess the regular items were mixed with the clearance items they didn't even have the price so u don't even know what is what and then when I asked the girl a question her response was (I don't know) and that was every question. I told my daughter that we won't be going back to that store
Love the stuff, the workers and location. Hate the store size. I wish hottopic would purchase bigger stores!
This particular store has some interesting and appealing clothing items and lots of little pop culture decorations and accessories that are appealing as gift options. If you have a teen or middle schooler you need to buy a gift for, this is a solid option.
Unfortunately all of its best points are tempered by the cramped aisles, poorly organized shelves and very dated atmosphere. While I was there, I could barely navigate the aisles and the shelves were stuffed so full of clothing that pulling one shirt out almost caused the entire stack to come with it.
The store attendants were also very.present.in a span of 10 minutes I was asked if I needed help 4 times by different employees. Their desire to help is admirable but they should be more aware of one another's presence so they don't inadvertently pester customers while they browse. They should also strive for a more professional or approachable appearance, or at least one that doesn't make them look like a throwback to a high school in 2005. (Way too gothic. Little bit cringey if you're over 14.)
Overall, this place has great merchandise, but it's limited (in my opinion) by an insistence on overcrowding its space with too much merchandise and trying for an atmosphere that lost its broad appeal years ago.
2/5 stars.
I love the employees that work there and the amazing outfits and dresses they have for a really fair price
If you love this type of anima and cool, relaxed clothing.you'll love it. No for though cause they don't carry enough stuff. Everytime I want to buy my kids something, they are out, or they don't sell it. Employees are awesome.
Love that it is starting to have more of the original roots coming back with darker things instead of all neon. Wish they had a slightly bigger selection of some categories.
Love Hot Topic. The only challenge is that the store is very crowded. The staff is super helpful and kind.
Get the rewards membership, double it down with a military discount, and shop the clearance section. Can't go wrong.
Staff was very friendly and helpful without being too shadowy. Some of the pricing was a bit unclear and it's fairly hard to move about, but hey it's a small shop.
Went because of my daughters. They like a lot of different music groups and get there T-shirts therr.
Always cluttered and hard to move around. Staff is great most of the time, or just awful. Mostly good. Checkout can be a pain to get too and thru. The stock is often picked over by the staff (never have I had any friends find a Chase Funko Pop on the shelf) And returns have always be easy from online orders.
Get what you want the store has a good about of things you might need but some of the employees are extremely rude like they don't care about the costumers.
