Hot Topic, San Antonio TX

Love Hot Topic! They have the cutest little backpacks, T-shirts and pajama sets! Store was clean and not very crowded when we went. We had plenty of time to browse! You do have to wear a masks in the store, but by now, everyone is pretty much used to that.

I like it so much pretty I get some buy I remember experiencing before when I was 14 age and right now I’m 19. I like seen it many time often enter. Now I but try thinking good I get rock band “ nirvana “ top tank black because I love music so good for me.

I was 14 year old would going there hot topic I buy to anime bottom pin. So cute I love that.and isn’t easy way this shopping not so cheap.and also I buy anime shirt favorite what I like character but I love hatsune miku won’t finding there so don’t worry I have pin to my backpack.
That’s wonderful cool design I’m interested.

Terrible customer service and couldn't find the store pickup Pop Funko I ordered nor the one that their inventory showed!

I come here to buy leggings/fishnets/stockings! Super cute and they fit my size.i’m pretty tall and they still work as thigh highs.i recommend the one size fits all.the cashier emmi is very helpful and great customer service! She is such a good sales associate she helped me buy some shirts, need more staff like her

Came in for a return from an online order and the girl behind the counter was super helpful with everything.

This place is really great if you're looking for band t-shirts or new piercings! Have alot of good stuff!

I purchase from this location quite often online and in store but today never again! Went in to purchase a jacket for my daughter but when Nando to the security tag off it left a hole in it so I asked if he would check where else it's available at which he did. The only problem was when I arrived at the other Hot topic I was told I couldn't use my 30%off coupon but that's not what I was told by NANDO, so the girl called to Ingram location and spoke with him. She said that I was lying. Im a lot of things but a liar isn't one fool! My daughter was right beside me and heard the entire conversation I had with you. At the end of it all I got my 30%off. But you young man have a lot to learn about customer service and who you lie on.

They didnt have the 'stranger things' bracelets me and my cousin wanted. But its okay because we found cute rubber bracelets and anklets

Customer service sucks there. Workers act like you bother them when you are asking them to reach unreachable items. The girl with pink/purple hair smelled like she hadn't showered before she went to work.

They had the product we were looking for. It was cramped in the store which made it difficult moving around and getting by other customers.

Just called to confirm if the products I was looking for were available at this location, the young lady who answered walked through the store to look for both and let me know which location they could be found at. Been going here for several years and the employees are ALWAYS SO SWEET!

The associates are great, and very helpful. However I'm annoyed with this location due to certain merchandise not being in stock. Rooster Teeth's RWBY merchandise stock has been pitiful with maybe a single necklace and possibly a shirt every now and then, when the RT Facebook says that HT is supposed to have vynil figures, blind boxes, more shirts, and so on. Pretty disappointed with the in store selection.

My favorite store to go to in the entire world. They have all the good band stuff here. The only thing bad is this used to be a cool punk and rock store, but now they are bringing in tv show, anime, and all that other stuff. It used to be so good. But I still enjoy shopping here

Wonderful customer service the music is always great and they still sell Pocky prices are high but they have consistent sales to help with that

Excelent customer service, also really good promotions.the only thing is thry have too much stuff from like 4 shows (like SPN or HP) and too little of others (like Voltron: 'C)

The only thing I don't like about this store is, so much is crammed into a small space.

I love hot topic i live there some of their stuff is expensive but its a awesome quality of stuff the shirts are so soft and the denim is nice fitting and tight until like most skinny jeans

I honestly love hot topic! They have almost everything from all fandoms! Gay, straight, anime: Yuri on ice, sailor moon, Totoro, and more! They even have current shows like supernatural, Riverdale, Bob's burgers and others! I think everyone would like it very much! <3

Pretty cool place to find exclusive Funko Pops, and have a decent selection of anime related items
