I can’t speak for other locations, but the OMP Fort Worth location is amazing.
Denna treats everyone with such kindness & doesn’t rush you into membership or into any particular class. I feel like each class was explained & all of my questions are always answered. I enjoy my workouts & the availability to come at almost anytime day or night. There is never a excuse to miss a work- out.

Joined HOTWORX around September of 2019, and I have been obsessed with the workout and results since! This location, especially, values their customers, and wants to see you succeed in your fitness goals. Shoutout to Weston (HOTWORX employee) for killing it always!

HOTWORX at Montgomery Plaza is fantastic! I love the small work out classes that are offered, and the variety to choose from elevates you form being bored in your workout. I am very appreciative of Westin for getting me engaged in not the workout process but helping me find a path of conditioning that is tailored to my current fitness level and my personal goals I am trying to achieve. It speaks mountains when employees feel confident enough not only to workout at their place of employment but to share their fitness goals as encouragement.

This place is awesome! I’ve never been motivated to workout until I came here. The staff is amazing as well!

I love hotworx. I joined about two weeks ago and have been every single day. The flexibility of working out on my own time is great.

I have never enjoyed the regular classic gym atmosphere, which has always been why I had a hard time incorporating it into my every day routine. Hotworx has changed my outlook on fitness, I will definitely be a fan for life!

Hot works Montgomery plaza is amazing. My boyfriend and I have been attending since October last year and absolutely love it. Anyone looking to for a great sweat with workout less time more calorie burn this is the place. Plus this location a family ran and they are awesome!

HOTWORX staff is great and the facility is super clean. The HIIT workouts are 15 minutes but I burn triple the calories in the infrared heat. The cycle and blast are my favorites but all the yoga classes have really helped with my flexibility and golf game.

Love HotWorx @ Montgomery Plaza, Fort Worth. As a retired Veteran, I was looking for a great place to work out and found it! Love the staff and awesome new facility. Great variety of work outs without having to be at the gym for hours. Absolutely recommend them if you live in the area or are visiting while traveling.

My sisters raved about it for months, I finally tried it out as a guest with my sister and was instantly hooked! I love how 15 minutes of Hot Blast is equivalent to 1 hr on a treadmill! I feel great sweating and burning those calories away! I signed up just a few days ago and have not skipped a day, I look forward to trying out all the classes they offer! This location is super clean, Addison was super helpful answering all my questions and Mr. Frank was way awesome too! I totally recommend it- you’ll love it and feel great! Also great location! Work out, run to the store to grab your milk, just after getting a pedicure - Montgomery plaza is a 1 stop shop and HOTWORX her is wonderfully convenient! I LOVE IT! Come out and try it- you’ll love it too!

Such an amazing workout! Great owners very personable and actually take the time to care and give you the knowledge behind the whole process. If you are looking for an amazing way to detox, sweat, strengthen and get on that healthy lifestyle look into HOTWORX! Super clean and amazing atmosphere I promise you won't regret trying it!

Took my first class today, fan for life. Detox and a great workout for 15 minutes. Can’t beat that. So many different classes and if you need more you can do yoga or something after a cardio workout. They have weights and exercise outside of the sauna as well. Weston was a great help! Ask for him!

This new concept using Infrared heat is fantastic! The facility is fabulous and the staff are amazing. I am hooked after just 4 visits. I am older and wasn’t sure how I’d tolerate the heat. It is better than expected! The variety of workouts are perfect for me and for all levels. It’s a must for general overall health.
