House of Floors, Killeen TX

The builder of my home choose House of Floors to provide the flooring and contract the installers for my new home nine years ago. The tiling is my favorite part of this home, and it has all stood up to time very well. I haven't had any issues the almost decade we've been using it. And it's so beautiful! We've gotten many compliments. I recently contacted House of Floors to ask some questions about it, and the couple people I spoke with were so friendly and willing to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We have had a third party flooring inspector come out and have gone through the flooring manufacturer who both claim the issue with our floors is the installation. House of Floors refuses to speak to about the actual issues on hand.

Our report claims there is deflection in the subfloor causing breaking and no room for expanding and contracting as a floating floor should have.

According to the flooring manufacturer, the installer is supposed to re-do and replace the flooring as it was at their hands that this issue is occurring. It is so bad that my kid's toes are getting pinched by the floor - house of floors has been nothing but horrific and rude during this entire process. Missy has hung up on myself and my husband, refused information, made false claims and constantly tries to deflect the issues.

Nice little place however my load was refused because the stupid shipper sent these people the wrong materials other than that a good experience

Poor customer service and rude. If they were the last flooring company on this earth I’d go without before I ever do business with them again. Take your business somewhere else that treat’s customer the right way.
