Marytza was amazing! She is so nice and knowledgeable about all the furniture. She was extremely patient and courteous. I usually hate going furniture shopping but shopping here is different. The whole store is so clean and everyone is so welcoming.

This team really cares about the customer, even when there are issues with delivery caused by COVID they still impressed us with their empathy and willingness to allow us to adjust our order to make things work out better for us. I have gone to other of your stores, I can say with absolute certainty the household store on Zeraplex is the one that has made me feel comfortable walking around the store and looking for what I needed, I have to give a big thank you to Alexis Morales, she was great and very knowledgeable. Great customer service from andy, took us around 3 hours to decide on new furniture for our home and he was very patient with us and giving us recommendations on styles and materials on all the Furniture that we got. I highly recommend andy.

The customer service was great. We were told we would get weekly calls to keep us updated about the oder, never happened. Two weeks after we get a call saying one piece of the sectional had come in and they were waiting on another. Two weeks go by no calls, so I call them and find out the other piece won't be in till the end of October (ordered in August). I'm not blaming household for the long order time (stupid virus) but I do hold them accountable for not keeping us updated like they said they would.

Went to the store for the first time just to take a look at some couches and wasn’t planning on getting anything yet, but was very happy with their services and I ended up purchasing a sectional couch. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially who helped me named Ruben Garcia. Was very happy, will go back again for more furniture for sure!
