The unloading is a little slow, the reception office opens at 9: 00 a.m. But they won't touch your load until after 11: 00 a.m, they take out the local work first! Good kind people.

Service was fast, the repairs were nicely done, everything with setup was smooth. The communication with the store made repairs easy to get done. Overall I would definitely do business with Household Furniture again.

Chris Gonzalez sold me a recliner this afternoon. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store. I will be buying a bedroom set in the near future and will want to be helped by Chris Gonzalez at that time. Again he is very helpful without applying pressure.

Hello, I received furniture that had to be exchanged wich led me to meeting people at the Warehouse. I was kindly greeted by young man who took me in with Keira. Both were very kind, friendly, and patient with me. Allowed me to compare furniture pieces and chose which I liked best. Both worked together and explained all in detail, how they would be marking furniture, taking extra care, etc. Also considered sending two men with best experience in delivering for me. They were very friendly, kind, and careful. I do not recall their names, but were very helpful as they placed furniture in my home and looked at it with me and answered my concerns regarding drawers etc. After having to make an exchange its a bit stressful on client not knowing what to expect, and so it's a pleasure and relieving experience to work with a great group of FRIENDLY people. I am thankful for your great care to every one who took part in working with me.

Loving my furniture! I have previously gone to some larger name stores and while the furniture was nice the customer service was not. Household furniture has been very transparent from day one, we had a minor damage issue that was immediately handled under the warranty and our furniture was repaired and returned to us in less than 5 days! Thank you

I waited 6 months for a dresser to show up. I ordered it in December and received it in late may. It has some dings and scratches but I'm not trying to wait another 6 months to get that taken care of.

I only put 1 star basing it off a drivers stand point. Got here at about 1030am no other trucks here and here it is 330pm and they still are not finish unloading. Now if I was to rate this for customer service it would be a 5 for sure even thou they are being slow unloading the trailer. The workers are very nice all have a smile on their face and so polite.

I love the furniture but now that I got a new bedroom set it's taking forever to arrive i have 3 months waiting n still they don't know when it's coming
