This was our first experience working with Kaleb Provence and the team at HouseMax Funding. Kaleb did a great job helping us navigate through our first construction loan with HouseMax. Everyone we have encountered has been great to work with and we are looking forward to doing more deals with them in the future. Kaleb and the team are awesome! We've worked with several other lenders and none of them can match the service that HouseMax was able to in terms of speed in closing, responsiveness and delivering on their promises. They also provided loan terms unavailable with other lenders that work out much more favorable for our current strategy.

I recently had refinanced an investment property with HouseMax and can't be more grateful. While working with them, we encountered a minor setback when our original loan officer suddenly left the company, leaving us in a difficult situation just six days away from closing. However, our new loan officer, Stafford Ullrich, immediately stepped in and took charge, demonstrating a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly exceeded our expectations.

From day one, Stafford demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and diligently studied every aspect of our deal. HouseMax has helped me with hard money loans on several remodel projects I have done in the Austin Area. They are easy to work with. Kaleb has been my point of contact recently and he assisted me in getting the best loan product for a property for which I had several ideas on how to develop it.
