This place should be rated ZERO stars they are no where near friendly they are rude and dont care to help. They should close this organization!

I contacted this office for assistance on a Friday and was very hopeful speaking to "Rodney". I was told that i would receive an application via email and to fill it out and return. I never received the application. I called the office back to notify them that i never received the email. I was told that "Rodney" had to leave due to a family emergency and that No one there could send me the application since he took my call. However, a message would be sent to him to send me the application. I waited until Monday to call and let them know that as of Monday, i still had not received the application.i was told that "Rodney was not in and i would have to wait until the following day. I called Tuesday. I was told that I had just missed him and that he should return in an hour and he will call me back. 2 days later, no phone call, no email and NOW no one is answering the phone. People like them should not be in service if they are not willing to assist timely and appropriately. What nerve of them to be in this line of work and not service people they way that they are in position to do. It is obvious that i am not going to get the assistance i need from this office and have faith that i will be assisted elsewhere. I pray that they never have to face such hardship.

I called for general information and the guy that answered the phone was so busy chewing or whatever that I couldn't get him to understand. I won't call him rude because that would require actually paying attention. After asking several times I gave up. All I could get out of him was we don't have the funds. I had never applied for rental assisstance before and asked repeatedly the requirements, because our payday would be late by 3 days we would be short by $95 which would be late fees. Maybe he was having an off day or just didn't care. I pray that he is never in position to need help. But if so I hope this is where he has to go.see what it feels like to be in need.

Wonderful organization. Provides housing for families thereby decreasing the homeless population.
