This company has disappointed me on numerous occasions. Poor installation, poor service and they charged me for fixing my ac while under warranty without even providing an invoice. When I tried to get a hold of management I was told to email them and they have not responded. They replaced the compressor without replacing the filter for the line, they have shown no respect to my GF when they come to service the ac while I'm not home. Occasionally they will have a tech who cares, but that seems to be few and far between.

Don't use this place. They sold me a brand new central air that broke after the 2 year. Charge me a outrages amount then want me to pay 300 dollars for maintenance every year or they won't fix it. Charge me 900 dollars just to fix it cause they didn't put a power surge on the unit when the guy walk me outside and said he had put a power surge. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 1000 DOLLARS FOR A POWER SURGE. They are a RIP OFF. They take advantage of seniors. ESPECIALLY thier salesman too. (BEWARE!
That's not even all they did.

Samuel was an amazing technician! He was on time, polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and shared some knowledge about my system that I wasn't aware of. He explained everything he was doing and why. That is above and beyond for me, as I like to understand what is going on. Thank you so much!

Sam came out to check out our two heater units. He was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to Houston Air Comfort.

Our service technician- Bon Tran - has been exceptional. Very professional, honest, helpful, and willing to take the time to explain things. While the company itself leaves something to be desired, Bon has made the pains of this experience a little easier. He is the only one from this company that we will request from here on out.

Tech came in tested the unit and was gone after telling me the results. I’m very satisfied with the service!

Looks like they started a new account here on Google because they are not a new company, all old reviews have been wiped so i wanted to make sure my story made it to the new profile.

This company is a scam at worst or completely incompetent at best. I'm leaning towards the former.

They were sent out by our home warranty company and they told us that we needed a completely new unit, my mistake was not having another company come out but this was my first and only experience with a home warranty. The unit was purchased from Houston Air Comfort, later that evening, when it was time for install all employees had on Royal Air uniforms.strange.

Install was done poorly, we eventually had issues fixed by another A/C company.

After this we were having issues with the heater, Houston Air Comfort said that we would need to swap out the entire unit (again). This time I got a second opinion, turns out the repair cost under $100 and that unit has worked without issue for an additional 6 years now.

That really makes me question if we even needed the initial work done on our AC. That is why i feel like this company is scamming people.

Please stay away from them, if they are sent to your house PLEASE do yourself a favor and spend a little extra to get a second opinion.

My Service Expert, Sam is extremely proficient and cares about his work as well as his customers. He has great customer service and is patience and thorough. The first time I experience a visit from Mr. Sam he found a issue with my unit that no one else said anything about, and my unit had been service routinely by another company. I hope he can be my personal service expert, if he's available. This company is efficient and enjoys being of service to their clients

Sam just came out and did my heater service. Sam was very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout his inspection. Some techs do not let you know what they are actually doing but he did. I'd recommend Sam for your AC/heating services.
