Worst customer service i ever had, avoid this place, they didn’t cover warranty as advertised, waste my money and time trying to get a refund for a bad transmission

Make sure you ask for the policy when it’s time to return the core cus then they wanna be giving you store credit when you pay with a card

Got a used battery for about $50 with tax that came with a warranty- back in December. Its February now and I've had zero issues.

I save lot of time whenever. I go, they have a wide variety inventory for very good prices and hard to find parts only one trip will do it

Cashier are very rude if u try to return somthing u bought with hard earned money and it doesnt work they try to give u a hard time so u dont return it i wonder if thats what they tell them to do or there just rude for no reason but o well we keep giving them money

Lady on the phone that answers to give quotes on cars to junk is really rude. I am a business and we have junked at least 4 cars with them. She lied and said they can only come out between 8-12 and they always come later to pick up our cars. (We open at 11 and they showed up at 7: 50) If you do not get paid enough and you are unhappy with your job just find another job. I will never call them back to sell a car. Houston is too big for me to do business with a rude company.

You can't run a business by not answering the phone and when you do answer the phone transfer me to someone who hangs up on me. So I call back and no one answers the phone again, great way to run a business guys!

Great place for used parts just bring your own tools and if the part doesn't work well... You can get a "store credit ".

Was treated extremely unfairly was accused of stealing and after I proved I hadn't stolen any thing they never offered me an apology or anything will never go back and don't recommend this place to anyone

Awesome junkyard tons of vehicles and prices better than anyone else.u pull it junkyards will never know what they have. It's not walmart.

The parts pulling an price is great, but the cashiers they don't have PR an always eating or texting on their cell phones. Then have attitude with u to distract them from being on their cell phones

There's no detailed information about the vehicles such as location, nor is the arrangement customer friendly. Two yards makes a better selection, but the hike around two the second yard is absurd.

Bring plenty of water and tools. Don't forget a tool trolley or 2 wheel dolly. Some larger parts you pull off the scrapped vehicles can be put on the extremely heavy push carts available at the entrance of the Houston auto recycling.

This junkyard is the best in prices in houston. The only problem they need to work on is making online search inventory to customers available. Best than LKQ.please modernize your inventory search from home cistomers.

They have a lot of cars and trucks.and there's a lot of good parts still on the vehicals.you take off the part your self but it's worth it vary cheep and reasonable place.i will definitely go back

Huge selection, great prices! They provide a wheeled cart for those long and heavy hauls. They'll even dismount tires off rims for free! Make sure you bring $3 cash for admission.

Most of the time they have the parts i need and their not to bad on the prince's MOST OF THE TIME.

The place is okay. Lots of great finds from imports to domestic vehicle. Theres still lots of meat left on the bone for anyonr looking for parts. Some are great finds. However lack of shaded area and water fontain you are highly advice to take plenty water and even little cart with rough terrain tires so you can move you tools around more easily, since this place is pretty big. Happy pick and pull.
