I love my blinds. They were a little pricey but the level of service was worth it. The salesman was very helpful, and the installer Antonio went so far above and beyond installing! I highly recommend these guys for your blinds.
Tracy was really helpful during the selection stage. She worked with and provided variety of options. It took about 6 weeks from selection to installation but when it eventually happened the whole project came together as pictured. Thank you

I had scheduled for them to come out to give an inspection and estimate in a newly bought home as the original homeowners took most with them. I am a part of the construction company that was completing work for the new homeowners before they moved in. However, they wanted the homeowner there because they were the homeowner instead of myself the project manager. So, I gave Carmen, the HO's phone number to give the homeowner a heads up before they arrived. They came to the property and gave the quote. Left a sheet with the homeowner, a timeline of two weeks to get the blinds and information to pull a deposit. Carmen told the homeowner that she needed to correct one thing on the pricing and they were good to go. Three weeks later, nothing. Carmen had texted me, not called and at the time I had a broken phone. She didn't contact the homeowner whose number they also had. Who she texted me as I was the homeowner. I responded to Carmen's text with no answer and then, called the office who told me that the file was closed by Carmen and that the two weeks were only a quote. That it must've been a miscommunication on the homeowner's part because two weeks were only a quote for when the contract and deposit given and she could send a contract now. NO apologies given, just they can send the contract and would/could proceed with the order. Needless to say the homeowner does not have ANY confidence in them and doesn't want to proceed with Blinds for Less.

I highly recommend this company. I had a very odd job for them and I did not fully know exactly how I wanted the job done. Their design and sales consultant Tracy Calhoun was patience with me every step of the way and was able to turn what I had in mind into a reality. Houston Blinds For Less did a great job at a great price!
Houston Blinds For Less went above and beyond to get our curtains installed in a timely manner. The material was backordered and they put into rush production to get them installed by the date we were hoping for. Can not recommend their time sensitive turn around and professionalism enough! The experience I was was great. The representative that came out to my home was very professional and attentive to detail. When I received my order it was in time and turned out beautifully.
The experience we had was good on the fact that I was able to select the color of blinds I wanted in the show room. They had a lot of colors to select from and I found what I wanted. When I placed my order it was delivered to my house as promised. That was wonderful.
Just received complimentary blinds consultation with Design and Sales coordinator Tracy Calhoun, who not only was punctual, knowledgeable and responsive, she was also a delight. Add, the blinds looked to be of high quality, responsibly priced too ;) TY
The poor quality of product I received with this company was truly disappointing, but after several emails they were then able to fix the errors. Overall, I just think there needs to be improvement on the quality of the product.
Company promised a certain time frame which was not kept. I've been trying to get updates through out the process and I got the run around and never called back. I requested some sort of contact from the owner to discuss options and all i get is underhanded insults about the contract I signed saying basically everything is final and nothing is their liability. Be very careful when dealing with this company if you need something when promised or you want any kind of transparent follow up. I was told last week that my order was already on the ground to now be told it hasn't even landed in Dallas to be sorted. I'm beyond disappointed and can't believe someone could own a business who doesn't even care enough to contact their clients personally to apologize for large delays. If this is how my experience is going now what happens if something actually goes wrong and I need help? Do we just pick a new scapegoat and pass the buck again? Will update review when I receive my shutters.
Unprofessional the owner only cares about making money. He sells shutters 3 times higher than he paid for it. I won't not recommend. Watch out people.
