I went to this college and I have to say that I am disappointed. I wish I could give no stars tbh.
Location is good but I don't see a reason for a college to have 4 DIFFERENT BUILDINGS. It's very unnecessary and confusing. The parking lot is TOO far from the actual building which makes no sense.
TEACHERS: Some teacher are good but it is hard to follow along with the teachers who can't explain the material properly. Most teachers give you test over something that was never covered during class which is ridiculous.
Enrollment Staff & Financial Aid: Very rude and not helpful at all.
Please don't waste your time and money going to this campus.

They need to have more study rooms. Library also needs to monitor more of how the study rooms are being used. Students are “renting” the rooms out just to talk to friends, while others aren’t able to use the rooms for actual homework or study.

Don't go to any HCC campus there all the same. I had a very bad experience here the people that work here are no help with anything you need and are rude and lazy. Some professor are OK but all are just bad; this school is a waste of time money.

The lady Ms. Hernandez who works in the business office needs to definitely find another job, she does not help to save her own life.

My daughter said she loved it and we will continue to support her satisfaction.

Was nice meeting and helping people. Free snacks and drinks along with music lots of students registering for classes! Would have rated a 5 star if there were some games and prize drawings.

Had a smooth experience taking my CLEP test here. I was able to start mine after filling out documentation and proof of payment even though it was a little before my scheduled time to start.

I KNEW I shouldn't have driven down here to get a book. I've had some really irrating experiences with HCC. Bad teachers who give incomplete information for test, and don't know how to use computer while teaching an online class is enough to make me rip my own hair out. Today I call and try and navigate their purposeful maze of phone prompts to find out about books and end up here on site because I couldn't talk to person only to find out this blasted book store is closed on Fridays.seriously how does that make any sense? This was not convenient or considerate. Who makes these asinine decisions for this school?

Been coming to this campus since 2018 til 2019. Its decent, has good parking and is convenient for those who live around Sugar Land and Stafford area. The area itself is calm and does not seem crime ridden. Weekend classes were especially nice because hardly anyone is on campus. During weekdays though, the campus is quite busy especially on the 1st floor.

Advising staff here are pretty awful though. There was one, the middle aged Hispanic woman whos name I forgot, she was pretty stern at first but gave great advice and seemed willing to provide helpful information to help students make an informed decision. The others were not as helpful and the younger Hispanic dude (whos name I also forgot) was downright the worst advisor I have ever seen at HCC, he constantly seems agitated and unhelpful, and the other advisors I have dealt with here seem to share a similar, albeit less problematic, negative and toxic personality, to the extent that I feel hesitant asking them anything. Eventually, I began seeking academic advising at Northline campus, the advisors there are amazing and it was worth the ride on transit since I get actual help.

The campus is a absolute nightmare for transit users. While Fort Bend transit does serve the campus with their mediocre Demand - Response service (assuming that you can get a ride scheduled with them), the campus has no accessibility on fixed Metro bus lines.

I'm almost done getting my associate's from HCC, and I would recommend it. Yes, you have to sort through professors (highly recommend Rate My Professor) but there are many great professors and others working for this college. They have a great library system, fairly nice classrooms, and a lot of student life resources available. If you need a community college, you can't really find one better than this.

I would really love to give this campus a 0 star but I am still going to give this 1 star because I love this campus it is clean, nice location and I have been coming here since 2013. I applied at the bookstore filled out my application and then by the time I go back the manager (Obese White lady) said we are not hiring right now even though she said we needed employees and told me where I should apply to get a job here waste of time. If they're not hiring simply tell don't have to lie

Ms. Sanchez from the Financial Aid Center is the BEST. She helped me get financial aid after struggling at the hayes and spring branch location since 2018. I thank her so much because I finally got financial aid because of her.
