Thieves, stole my money! I paid $2000 and they sent me a bracelet without a diamond. Do not buy from them! They are scammers! They are not returning my money! Do not buy from them! Do not buy!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY! I sent my bracelet back to them and they never refunded me they are THIEVES!

The owners (2 brothers) REFUSE to refund my money. I returned the diamond back within the 30 day return window and yet they AVOID their customers like the cowards they are. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would! We bought an engagement ring from this company and it was very disappointing. This company does not try to take care of their customers. They sent a ring that had a loose center stone, sharp prongs, and a large chip in the main diamond. We had this plotted by a certified gemologist, which is how we learned about the large chip. After contacting this company to have this rectified, they sent us a return shipping label we had to pay $50 for to return it to them for evaluation. When the package arrived it had been ripped open and the ring was missing. Not only did they not have insurance included in the return shipping, they will not honor the insurance they provide simply because it was sent in a fed ex envelope instead of a box. So after spending thousands of dollars with them, the best they will offer to their customers is SOL. This company has no integrity at all! This was overall terrible from day one. I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere when looking for jewelry.

My experience with Houston Diamond was more than I expected from an Amazon purchase. We recieved a phone call and email before item shipped. Nathan answered my questions regarding purchase and offered some suggestions. The service was what I expect from an in person jeweler. Nathan knew the merchandise and could explain many options for what I was looking for. Because communication was initiated by Houston Diamond my shopping experience was indeed delightful.

I received my 4 carat marquis diamond ring and it by far exceeded my expectations! I’m completely in love with it! The customer service was amazing. I will purchase from them again, I highly recommend them. Satisfied customer for sure.

Do not order through Amazon from this vendor. Absolutely horrible business attempted to buy ring for engagement was sent an item with a damaged band and questionable certification. To date I am still fighting with the company to get my money back they refuse to refund and keep trying to talk me into a repair. The quality of this ring was confirmed by a local jewelry store as subpar. Since being in receipt of the item the seller has gone silent and keep harassing me and trying to violate Amazon’s terms of service. This issue will most likely end with law enforcement involvement and a chargeback. You have been warned this is the experience you will have with this trash product and vendor. DO NOT BUY! I will update my review if somehow the seller resolved this.

I bought my wifes engagement ring with Houston Diamond Distract. She was so happy.a Blue Diamond 1 ct. I did not understand much about Blue diamonds and I called to speak to them and they answered every question and more. They even made me a better deal than I found. I know this group are good people because I had the ring verified by two other sources and also the information I was told checked out as well. I am getting ready to buy again from them. Great Service, and fast delivery. OUTSTANDING COMPANY. THE RING WAS APPRAISED AT TWICE WHAT I PAID FOR IT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. THANK YOU HOUSTON DIAMOND DISTRACT.

I previously posted a 5 star review for this organization but after my latest interaction: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The ring was paid for a month ago and they have since stopped responding to all emails and provided no tracking information. Needless to say I will be claiming fraud with my credit card. You have been warned.
