I contacted Houston Embroidery to have a patch made. They were quick to reply throughout the process and they were about 20% less expensive than the previous place I had them made. I received the patches in a timely manner and they were exactly as I had ordered them.

The patch that I received was amazing. The work was impeccable. They were great throughout the whole process from start to finish. The price was reasonable and I received it sooner than expected. I will be shopping with them again real soon. More than satisfied with my experience. 5 stars!

After a little communication, they had a sample image for us to approve. We received the product in a timely manner, but it wasn't correct. They sent us another shipment (this time correct) within a week! It was great to see such a fast turnaround on a correction. We will definitely work with them again in the future.
