I’m disappointed by the customer service my fiancé received from this facility. He was given instructions to stay in the car and call the office when he arrived. He arrived at 9: 44am and called 7 times with no answer. He decided to go inside anyway and by the time he made it to the check in office it was 10: 17am. He wasn’t taken in because of their late policy, but he was only late because they did not pick up the phone like they stated. In addition, the receptionist said he hadn’t completed the paperwork and the reason why was because they had the wrong number on file. He never received anything. So many mistakes on their end and they were unwilling to take responsibility and accommodate the patient. Now he is having to reschedule and take time out of his day because their check in process was completely unorganized. So disappointed in the service and staff here!

If you're a patient of this group and need to be seen on a priority basis (you know, seen a little sooner because you are in extreme discomfort) well. FORGET IT!
They would rather you suffer and your condition worsen, than do whatever it takes to see you just a little sooner!
Unbelievable.and YES. THE FRONT STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!

Booked me with the wrong doctor so I wasted 3 hours of my day Not very organized or professional. Another doctor who hates self pay because they cant screw over the insurance company.

Checking in was fast and efficient. The doctor was very nice and friendly. Overall I felt that I was well taken care of.

Felt like the doctor really listened to my symptoms and took the time to explain things clearly - sometimes I needed things explained more than once!

The wait was a little longer than I expected, but after meeting with Dr. Buechler, I understand why. He treats you as though you are his only patient, as well as Dr. Rafferty. Such truly nice, happy, reassuring "people".

Close to 300 dollars spent in 17 minutes. The doctor was nice but the overall experience of the front staff was terrible. If you dont know that your payment system offers payment plans, that's your fault and not the client.

I was not helped in the least. I came in with constant tinnitus in my right ear and also gave her my previous history of drainage issues and tubes. Dr Shen used a tool any gp had on hand and agreed i had drainage but was more concerned with my good ear. Then she checked my hearing, but i already knew i wasn't going deaf, did no other testing and handed me a phone number to a support group to learn to live with this problem. Here's the kicker. The office is in Methodist Hospital. And when i asked her how could she know it isn't a middle ear problem since she didn't use an ososcope to see past the ear drum or blood to check for infection or a mri/cat scan to see if i had any blockages she just stared at me like a dead fish. And I paid $148 for a specialist to do NOTHING that knew less about her field of study than an auto parts counter jockey. Don't waste your money here.

I have two visits with Dr Buechler. He is professional, through, and has great communications skills in communicating and explaining things to patients.

I arrived 4 minutes after my appointment time (there wasn’t any parking spaces) and the front desk lady cancelled my appointment. She said the doctor needed to go and I was late. What kinda of late policy do they have here? !? Rude customer service!

Tried to call and explain my wife's symptoms and they were very rude and quickly put me off to scheduling. Since I wasn't sure they even treated thyroid issues since I didn't see anything about it i didn't want to schedule an appt. Just to be told they didn't treat thyroid issues. Good thing, they didn't even answer the phone. Very unprofessional and rude.

(This is a review about the front end staff not the doctor as I never spoke to him/her.) Don't even bother trying to call and make an appointment. I don't think I've ever spoken to a more rude human being in my life. Refused to answer any questions and in the end just hung up on me. I can't believe my PC
recommended this clinic.

It's a little early for me to give a review rating on my visit except to say Dr. Shen seemed to be very thorough, professional and a good listener. She gave me Ciprofloxacin to take with Prednisone to clear up my problem. Cipro, even though taken with food, does not agree with me so I have discontinued it. I am waiting for the results of a culture she took. After Dr. Shen has exhausted her treatment for me, I can then give a better review.

Dr. Shen and Dr. Shah were very precise and informative. I went to see them for a 2nd opinion and I was very pleased. They have great beside manner as well. She and her staff are very nice, they speak clearly and actually listen to you as opposed to just talking at you.

Dr. Shen was very detailed and very pleasant to work with. She was able to see me in a timely manner and get me in and out the door faster than expected. She was so sweet and didn’t mind going over the questions/concerns I had for tonsil surgery. On the other hand I have still not heard back from her assistant on scheduling the surgery unfortunately.

This is a doctor who knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone if they were to call me and say i have some allergies and need help. I was very please with my first visit.
