The Doctors and staff make sure you get get a through eye check and you leave satisfied and in good care. I’ve been a patient for over 35 years and never had a complaint. It always feels good that you will be in good hands in the minute you walk through the doors.

Doctor Alexander is very kind and caring. Took a lot of time with my mom, explained everything in detail and was very professional.

I was very happy with my visit appointment. It was the first time I’ve ever been there and I will be back. I appreciate it so much the doctor taking the time to explain to me what was done during my Lasik surgery that I had back in 2005. I was concerned that one 0 I did not have the vision in the other and she explained to me why that was she said that I had very good vision due to the surgery still. No one has ever taken the time to explain to me, my vision health, and she did very very very impressed.

Dr. Michelle Levin is superb! She is very knowledgeable and efficient, and knows exactly what you need. She can explain her diagnosis in detail, even to vision novices like me.
All her support staff were also very professional and proficient.

If your child has Medicaid inform yourselves on what the plan covers cause the lady that works here either doesn't know, or tells you the wrong info to get you to pay. I've been told my child's insurance won't cover a replacement cuz "Medicaid doesn't cover replacement " turns out that was wrong. My insurance told me if they got broken or lost they would replace. The next time I was told that Medicaid only covers defects & that *if* it did replace it, my child won't get new glasses at his next apt. Yet, last year Medicaid replaced the glasses AND gave my child new glasses when his prescription required it at this SAME clinic. See, that lady switches up on what she tells you, it's why I stopped bringing my child here. Which leads me to wonder why yall even accept Medicaid if yall hate that it pays so little?

This was our first time at Houston Eye Associates in Pasadena. Everyone there from Anna Marie, Anna Karen, Dr. Levin, and Krystal made it a great experience. My husband and I had eye exams and Krystal was very patient and helpful in assisting us in choosing the best frames for our new glasses. Dr. Levin gave us thorough exams, and each person went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience in the eye doctor. The employee Melissa does not know the right information. They are liars and I dot recommend anyone to go here. They are not organized telling me one thing then another. I was going to get surgery and lied to me telling me a price then when I got there they told me it was a 1,000 dollars more. So I did not do the procedure and now they are telling me they are not gonna give me the whole refund. They are scammers.
