If i could give zero stars, I would. My neighbor wanted to use this company because they are cheapest, but I guess you get what you pay for. We decided to have him complete the last 7 to 8 feet of our fence that we don't share with the same neighbors. When they came out to do the one section they said they couldn't finish it all. They promised they would be back by Friday. No call no show. My husband had set up to get a quote of the rest of that fence when neighbors first asked us. It took 3 weeks to get quote from him. He kept no calling and no showing. We only used him because our neighbors wouldn't pay any other price to have it done. They have had their gate replaced now already because the first one broke after a few weeks. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more. It's not worth the headache. We are hiring someone else to finish the fence. Thankfully we didn't pay him for this section.

I hired this company to build a fence and gate for me. They did a good job on the fence but the gate was not built well or right. I questioned it at the time it was built but was assured it was ok and the would stand behind their 5 year workmanship warranty. This gate only worked right for a few weeks. They have come back several times to 'fix' it to no avail. Each time it looks worse and holds up for even less time. They told me last time they would REPLACE this gate. Their worker even told me it was built incorrectly. Did they? No, they tried to repair it once again. Once again it is not closing properly. The pickets are cut crooked. They don't match with some new and some faded and it does not close or latch. They even shaved pickets down so it looks terrible. They have not responded again to my request to have it rebuilt as they can't manage to fix it. I even sent the text screen shot where they said they would to remind them. I have finally asked for a refund only to be ignored. Buyer beware that once you give them your money they will not stand behind their work at all. They will end up leaving you with something you will have to pay a more professional company to rebuild or fix. So basically I have to pay twice and get someone with a better skill set to build me a basic gate.

Ramiro came out quickly when I called to give me an estimate to have two trees trimmed. I felt he was knowledgeable and dependable. Sadly he fell short of my first impression. That evening I contacted him to say everything was good to go. No response. Texted him again the next day, no response. I decided to call him 4 days later and he said that he would let me know by Wednesday if they could come out Friday but it may be raining. Didn’t call me on Wednesday and didn’t show up on Friday (didn’t rain either). Texted him the following Monday to see when he would be out and he said hopefully tomorrow. Well his guys showed up but not him. They did 1 tree how I asked and the other one was butchered. We’ve lost all our shade and privacy and it looks like a tree out of Dr. Seuss. I had a migraine but should’ve been out there to tell them to stop. I also asked if they could cut a small vine down and the guy told me he’d have to ask he didn’t want to get in trouble. Ok whatever. Well he didn’t cut it down, didn’t answer me if he would and I even texted Ramiro who guess what, didn’t respond. Would not have them out again or recommend.

AWFUL. Two of the five star reviews are from the owner "Ramiro Perez". They came to replace one side of our fence and install a gate. During this process they managed to cut the refrigerant line to our A/C system, which was not buried but connected to the side of the home as they normally are. The temperature inside of our home went up to over 85 degrees, forcing us to leave our home for the night since we have small children and go to a hotel. Ramiro Perez refused to take any responsibility and was extremely rude and unprofessional when we asked him to contribute to the repairs. The total cost of our hotel stay and A/C repair was ~$1,000, all of which was caused by this company. They also didn't clean up after themselves and left tons of debris, nails and old fence boards lying around in the front and backyard. We also found large pieces of old cement stuck behind our A/C condenser as if they were too lazy to discard of them properly. There are tons of better options out there for your fence and tree needs. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT HIRE this company. They came to my house on 06/14/2021, and three days later the fence is fallng apart. I've tried to get them to come repair the fence to no avail. I'm now filing suit in small claims court to hold them accountable. I wish I could give them a zero rating but that would be too kind. Again, DO NOT HIRE this company.
