So many great plants and the best prices. If you go to Katy, TX you have to check them out

This place is awesome, you can roam around here for hours. They are very helpful about what plants are good for the different soils and sunlight. And the pricing is always the best. Have fun!

There are so many different flowers.
There are also flowers with high discount rates.
The staff are friendly.
There are a variety of soil types and things needed for gardening.

The employees tending the plants do not speak English. The big guy at the register seems bothered to be there. Is more bothered when you ask questions. Won't be going back here.

Friendly folks that are ready to help. Prices are very reasonable w with a great selection of both local and other foliage. Easy access of the freeway and plenty of parking.

They have a great selection. It's also possible to get more mature plants and trees. Pricing seems fair and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy we stopped.

This is a lovely place! It has such an amazing wide variety of plants. You’ll find some beautiful plants here and more common ones. Also, you can tell the plants are well taken care of.

They all look very healthy. They have a variety of plants and pots. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I went to this location Sunday and was so impressed with their selection! I think they might have the best plants to choose from out of all the locations! I have been to several different ones last weekend but just couldn’t find good quality. So glad I stopped in to this one! Will definitely be the one I go to going forward!

Now I just hope I don’t kill my plants!

I will say plants are getting so expensive!

Went there to buy vegetables and fruit trees. I noticed they had some broken soil bags for sale. So I paid for the broken bags, when I went to load them. The manager came outside started yelling at me for taking the soil. He than started removing the bags from my car. I tought he was going to hit me, he was so angry. I told him I was going to call the police, I had a receipt in hand with the stuff I purchased. It was the worst experience of my life. This was the houston garden center on the katy freeway. I am pretty sure not all are the same. So disappointing.

Purchased some seed starting Peet pellets that were way over priced tried to exchange and was informed of the no return/exchange policy that is supposedly stated everywhere. No signage and the staff was super rude. Will not be returning or spending my money here anymore.

Place was clean, organized and fully stocked. Staff outside was pleasant and knowledgeable. The cashier acted like I was a bother. Other than that great place.

Horrible service. I was told you “you don’t want to pay that for that” and they took it out of my hands. No one tried to help me after trying to ask repeated questions.

Very bad customer service looks like they all hate been working there!
They need to be educated on how to deal with customer!

They have the plants and they got the price but I probably would have done better at a big box store anyway everybody's got to be in the business plants plants etc

They could not be more rude at this Center. I asked them what type of plant as there was no sign or price it was ripped from my hand saying you have to buy the whole tray! I bought 6 draining trays to drain my potted plants, they did not fit, they refused to allow me to exchange them for trays that would fit!

Considering the high demand on landscaping plants and flowers, this location stock on these items is pretty decent. They have knockout roses (mine were able to endure the recent freeze), trees, Azaleas, Impatient flowers and many more. Unfortunately this time around I couldn't find Fox Tail Ferns which are in high demand. It has a fast check out but good luck finding an employee available, most of them are either helping other costumers or you can't find them.
