Juan provided amazing customer service! I inquired about a watch online and called the store. They advised that Juan was out of state at a watch expo and that he would get back to me. He called me 15min later and sent me pictures of the watch. Purchased the watch that night (Wednesday) and it arrived on Friday afternoon. Our experience of this place was really great! The shop is a quaint store front on Westheimer with a “mom & pop” feel. From the moment we entered, we were greeted kindly and treated like guests in someone’s home. Service was immediate and our attendant was quite helpful and patient. What impressed me though the most had nothing to do with our visit to fix a watch band—I was riveted by the knowledge of other attendants speaking about the quality of coins and jewelry. They inspired me with confidence and I look forward to visiting again for further purchases.

This establishment was by far the best I've been to when selling my jewelry and coins. The staff is honest, and gave me the best prices. The Person answered the phone, one, was rude. Second, assumed I did not know the differences between karat weights. Three, barely let me speak, so she had no idea my mother whole saled jewelry in Calif. I was hoping for a nice quick conversation since Im in Texas, but instead got pushed off the phone rudely saying she was so so busy.
I personally would not recommend fast talking sales Ladies or people that will not let you talk in general, as I find these people are not so honest people.
