Worst braid shop i ever been to arrived there at 3pm didn’t leave until 1 am the next day i paid for a length i didn’t get and when you tell the braiders they wanted to have a attitude

They work real good but the customer service has so much more potential. They dot not know how to greet their clients or at least that was my personal experience. I booked an appointment for 3 pm and when I got there on time they told me I had to wait another 30 minutes

One of the best hair braiding experiences; I have ever had other than getting my hair done in Africa. Honestly this is the closest experience to superior braiding. The experience was nostalgic and very welcoming. I walked in with 3 inches and came out with 9 extra inches. Been craving this protective style for a while and my hair stylist understood the assignment. The beauty is you can’t tell where the styles starts or end. Anyone who rates this place less than five stars is simply foolish or a hater. 10,000 out of 10,000. I look like a who different person I’m also love how my hair blows in the wind. I get compliments everywhere I go! Wanted to keep it a secret but ima share with the world. It’s very clean and professional be sure to be kind and specific about what you want and they do it better.

I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment for my hair and the assistant that answered the phone was so sweet and answered all of my questioned and even called me back to answer a follow up question that she had to speak with the stylist about. Her customer service skills are awesome. I forgot her name…. Sorry! I got a same day appointment and I called about 10 or 11 am. I got there and was greeted immediately. Was able to get my hair done by two of the best stylist. Mamy did my stitch braids in the front and Yasmine did my sew in to the back. I love my hair so much. I have 4c hair and my sides are short. My stitch braids were stitched perfectly! I will definitely be back again. Ask to see Mamy for your braiding needs and ask to see Yasmine for any sew in needs! You won’t be disappointed at all.

PSA: visit this location at your own risk. Arrived 10 minutes early for my 3: 30 appointment for some Knotless braids. No one attempted to style my hair until 5: 25pm! The stylist completed 2 box braids I proceeded to tell her the braids were too thick I would like them smaller. She complained ignored me said the picture I showed her had larger braids. She then completed 2 more braids at the same thickness. I asked her to takeout the braids that I want them small like another lady in the salon was having done. She began to take out the 4 braids with an attitude and said she had to leave so someone else was going to do my hair. This was at 6: 50 pm. They told me it would $20 more for smaller parts and there would be a wait for the next available stylist I said that would be fine. It was 9pm and they said they were closed and couldn’t complete my hair. The audacity of them. Terrible customer service. Heaven forbid your stylist does 4 box braids and you tell her you want them smaller, she’s braiding it too thick she storms off and leaves. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. If I could give zero stars I would!

Best Braids/ and Braiders I have encountered in a long time! These ladies are pleasant. They remember your name/ kids and they braids neat/ quick and efficient! I recommend them!

Me and my Daughter love getting our hair done here. I've been coming here for about 2 or 3 years. My favorite braider is Queen, but every last stylist here knows exactly what they are doing! I had my Daughter's hair braided by Queen today, and she was absolutely in love. Keep Up The good work ladies!

If you like detail and your hair, neat and perfectly braid it and they can do anything you need. This is the place.

The experience was amazing! Everyone is very nice and prices are cost efficient for the quality of work you are getting. Also, it never takes long. They try not to keeping you waiting. Even if you are a walk in they will get started on you so you never waste your time.

Bring your own jam or edge control because they use a some knock off brand that has left my hair almost dreaded I have combed out so many knots! I have a perm!

The service was fast however, the style I picked I did not receive and my girlfriend was supposed to get her hair washed along with her style but the sink was not working so after her hair was done it was said to me the same price because the stylist had to come her hair and it was tangled in which it was not. Don’t wait until after a service to tell me something. The maintenance man had just left from fixing something so maybe she needed her money back.

I would not suggest anyone go here. They over charge, and the person you get may not have the skill set. It’s almost like random people come in and just start working. I’m very unhappy with my locs. I payed 150 and can’t see one fresh part, and they messed up a simple 2 strand twist.

Will have you sitting there then the nerve to over charge. Mid back knotless is $260. Lost they minds.

This braiding salon is amazing and they do great with braids BUT if you choose to go to the salon please bring your own Combs because they share the same COMBS with everyone else never disaffecting it. All types of people come in there so to keep yourself safe and your kids bring your own Combs P. S.bringing other supplies can also help a lot. (I literally got ringworm from there.)

Very unprofessional especially the owner solome she locked me in the door after accusing me of non payment when the money was sent at approximately 4: 57 PM to her Zelle account, the woman was so anxious and delusional and believed I’d run out without paying when she already had the money pending per her bank. I had to call the police in order for her to then unlock the door BEWARE DO NOT SHOP WOTH HER IF U DO DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT AS OF NOW IN SUING HER FOR HARASSMENT HOLDING HOSTAGE.

Every time I went there they would keep increasing the price it went from 45 dollars to 65 dollars they have a really terrible service.

I highly recommend this shop.my co worker recommended it. Today was my first visit, I brought my daughter with me and we both love our box braids. The ladies were friendly, fast and professional. We will be returning customers.
