3The HISD School Transportation department is horrible. There's no organization and children are frequently left within bus transportation to School. This is a serious problem, here and it needs to to be addressed. My daughter is without transportation again this year- this after having a designated bus route last year. The HISD transportation department is failing our children.
Extremely unorganized. They need someone in charge that will help improve processes. Some days no one shows up in the morning. No one notifies the schools if the kids won’t be picked up.
This whole bus pick up situation is so unprofessional! My daughter has been waiting 45 min for her bus pick up.how does this happen today is 10/11/21 and I am calling the News Channel as this has to end.
