13 Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed.
Everything about this room says comfort! The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night's rest. With a restaurant inside, there's no reason to leave until you depart. It's conveniently located near the airport and they have shuttle service.
This place is almost like my second home. Very friendly staff, very accommodating, rooms are alwwways clean. Nice big screen TV. Love the corner rooms view. Thx
Very friendly staff very professional excellent accommodations food in the restaurant is exceptional and convenient to intercontinental airport.
The room was decent. I could have sworn I ordered a large king bed, but instead we got two queen beds. The breakfast was horrible. The only good part of breakfast was the waffles. They ran out of orange juice but it was suppose to be a buffet style breakfast, you shouldn't be running out of anything. The room was decently quiet and very clean. The only gripe was the second day there, there was some type of construction going on on the floor above us. There was a lot of drilling and hammering. Would have been nice to get a warning instead of being woke up out of my sleep. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door. It looked good but operated horribly. When trying to close the door, it made a horrible screeching sound, as if the door was grinding against the track and the floor. For the most part, even when using the bathroom, the door was left open to avoid the noise. Other than that, staff was very attentive. Customer service always greeted us with a smile. I would stay again and recommend to people who want a decent stay not far from the airport.
Really nice hotel with everything you need, the transportation to the airport depart every 30 min.
It has a little convenience shop, and a bar-restaurant inside, they have a microwave too.
It was okay. We waited 2 hrs to be checked in. We were there for the Junior Olympics. Staff knew this and should have had all our rooms clean and ready in time. Esp when we traveled out of town. NO FREE BREAKFAST! Charged $15 buffet during COVID! Did they forget? It was so many people there in that area. So we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. No microwaves in room.that was shocking and disappointing. They had 2 microwaves in lobby at buffet area. Made no sense. Spent so much on eating out. 2nd night was the worse. Had 0 towels. They were not washed yet? That was the evening time after the track meet. Daughter had to wait to shower. We had to go buy towels. We didnt get towels till after 8pm! WOW backwards. Worst views ever. Our window was faced an old beat up building. House keeping only took trash out only. No sweeping or nothing. Made bed but didnt change sheets.
Only good thing was the wonderful bed Best sleep ever. That is why I gave 2 stars. For the bed
In a few words: posh but soulless.
We were in one of the suites on the 12th floor, and while it was very upscale in decor and furnishings, it only made small deficiencies stand out more. There were many small ants in our room. Although large, the room struggled to make a division between the bed and the desk / couch area.
Industrial fans blowing in hallway, blowing hot/humid air, no hot water in shower or sink and no trash can in room. Bed was comfortable. Very disappointed.
If I could leave more than 5 starts I would! This hotel exceed my expectations during my stay in Houston. The airport shuttle was clean and on time as promised by Megan at the front desk. The driver was very nice and got me to the hotel promptly. I was even able to check in on my app and was issued a digital key on the ride to the hotel, so I just went straight to the elevator and right to my room. They even upgraded me to a high floor with a great view! The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable and just what I needed after a long day of flying! Being in the airline industry I rarely find customer service and reliability this good. Overall my experience was top notch and I highly recommend staying here if you need a good night sleep before or after your flight into Houston Intercontinental.
Friendly staffs conveniently located close to the airport this hotel is a family and business friendly place it's one of my favorite favorite hotel
The restaurant took over two hours to serve. The food wasn’t even close to write and it was filthy. Needs to be shut down by the health department immediately.
It was great. My only issue was there wasn't a microwave in my room. You had to go to the lobby if you needed to warm up something.
The beds were comfortable, but that was the only good thing about this place. Horrible staff for both the restaurant and hotel. I was loading luggage on one of the courtesy busses and got pushed into the tailpipe by the driver and burned my leg bad… the girl behind the front counter didn’t even offer me a bandaid. I had to demand a manager’s presence to get burn ointment and an incident report (which is a joke). No common sense…
