Ineptness.

I would give half a star but that wasn't a choice.
The phone personnel were very nice, they get 5 stars. The information they give you gets the company the 1/2 star. I blame the management for the lack of informational content I received from the company.

They have multiple locations, I had no idea there were other locations. I just did a local search and called the number for the loculations near me. I contacted them on the phone and they sent me text message confirming my appointment date. I even called them the morning of the appointment to confirm i had the right time. Not once did they actually tell me where my appointment was so I went to the local place I called.

I got there on time so I could get my MULTIPLE scans completed. I was finally told at that time that they have several locations and I was at the wrong one. Oh, and were sorry but you wont make it to the other location in time now so you will have to reschedule.

WHAT A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME.

Helpful hint to the management:
1) Make sure the person scheduling the appointment tells YOUR customer where the appointment is.
2) When you communicate with your customer to let them know there is an appointment coming up give them the TIME, the DATE, and the LOCATION, not just the date! This is helpful information and would have helped me out.
3) Fire the manager in charge of the nice people that helped me schedule the initial appointment. Seems like numbers! And 2) above should have been completed a long time ago. Unfortunately for me i have to see Dr.and most give me those three pieces of information when they text/email me to confirm appointments.

I wont be rescheduling my images at your facilities. Now I have to wait till all your BS is cancelled through the insurance company so I can schedule the tests with a reputable company. Thanks for the delay and the horrible service.

Nancy was so helpful getting me scheduled for an earlier appointment and Laura was great in completing my CTScan. Very friendly and competent.
