I am really grateful for the emergency eye exam that they arranged for me within a few hours of my call. Dr. Coburn was wonderful and attentive!

Dr. Queen did my cataract surgery and made sure that with all my allergies every precaution were taken before and after surgery. Very Good Listener, Knowledgeable and Professional. Sarah Chapman, one of her assistant, yep she is so in touch with my recovery, I know her complete name, should be assigned to all elderly patients, she has a Gift.

I am very impressed with my physician. He provides up to date care and is very kind. His assistant is very nice and thoroughly The front desk is competent and gracious. I had an unexpected health emergency and everyone took care of me and the nurse took me to the emergency nurse, staying with me until I was being seen. My only complaint is the wait time is always very long.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for almost four years. He always has my best interest at heart, explains everything in-depth and thoroughly, and can pinpoint additional medical needs or concerns from my pseudotumor diagnosis. He is quirky, hilarious, and overall the best doctor on the planet for neuro-ophthalmology. I've never left his office frustrated, confused, or with the desire to switch providers. I have raved about him to my ophthalmologist, and she has since started referring patients to him. The wait can be long and daunting at times, but I know there are others with a diagnosis way more severe than mine and need that time in his office.

We had a excellent experience with Dr.queen in Houston Methodist Blanton eye institute.
Dr. Queen was very professional, knowledgeable, humble and kind.
She was very friendly and a good listener.
I highly recommend to my family and friends.

I will comment on the wait time. Over the past 3 years we have walked out of her office three times now due to excessive wait time. Our distance is over an hour and as Seniors we pick up grandchildren from schools by 4: 00PM. Our time is also valuable. But we have stayed if the wait time is under 45 minutes. Our last visit we walked as we had another appointment in Smith Tower at 2: 30PM and we had been sitting in Dr. Beaver's office since 12: 45PM. We left at 2: 15PM and have not returned. I recently had Cataract surgery. I do have some issues but am scared of the wait times. I recently had a Stroke. Once you do see Dr. Beaver she is a very nice doctor. I wish we did not have to wait for an hour to see her.) -:

This is the most inefficien business which I have seen in a while. I am captive at Methodist Hospital and was wheeled over to this clinic for testing and consultation with one of the doctors. I have been sitting in the waiting room unattended for over 1.5 hours for testing. The waiting room is packed with others similarly waiting. Very frustrating! The plus is that Doctor Lee's exam was done with little wait and he is truly a top notch physician.

I am very particular about which health care professionals I choose. They must be grounded in Science, well-read, and focused on my outcomes, not their bank account. That said, Methodist Eye Associates provide outstanding medical care, with top-notch staff that truly care about their patients. This group was recommended to me by a noted cardiologist that I respect greatly. No disappointments. No long waits. Eye care options offered were based on science and out-of-pocket costs to me.

Beware of this group. They have a ridiculous policy about paperwork. My daughter is totally blind so there is really no reason to even go to the an eye doctor. Her school said she needed an eye exam report filled out for her records so she could continue to get VI services at school. I had been to see this doctor 4 years ago but the paperwork needed to be updated. So, I made the appointment and went. The doctor even asked me why I was there. I told her the school needed an updated form. Of course, I had left the paperwork at home. The doctor told me "No Problem, just fax it over I'll take care of it. " So, I faxed it over a few days later. Now, the office staff tells me they won't fill out the paperwork until I pay them $25. This is a 2 page form with boxes to check which would take 1 minute to complete. These people are supposed to be doctors, not a bank. How hard is it to fill out a short form and fax it back? Very disappointing. I will find a practice who actually cares about it's patients and not about gouging the customer every chance it can.

I will never go any where else. The BEST Place! Friendly, good work, and patient, We love all doctors but our heart is with Dr Amy Colburn. She is amazing. Shout out to Tech. Cherise. I wish I had money for her to finish school. Hint. Hint!

It is embarrassing to said but Methodist Eye Associate need to train people better on how to answer phones. The first impression matter when calling or meet someone. I call this place to schedule an appointment and they are more worry about my insurance than my eyes. I will think it twice before schedule or get their services. Methodist Eye Associate your insurance is priority.

I do not recommend Methodist Eye Associates and specifically Dr. Pandit. He was quite arrogant during the visit and coded something incorrectly to my insurance company that I have now been trying for over a year to have corrected and it is still not resolved. Extremely unprofessional.

This practice has undergone several wonderful changes. Updated their intake to include wheelchair patients, undertaken new training and new staff in receiving, More professional, & courteous. All the Doctors are very solicitous of how you feel, and your experiences while there. They are a much changed Doctors Office. Thanks MEA!
